Our pool tech, Josue, broke a handle on our equipment during a service. We were home at the time yet we were not made aware of this until the office contacted us about our replacing it. When we insisted they replace it, due to the tech breaking it, we were told the lid had to be old and brittle, which in fact was not true. The lid was fairly new. We contacted Brandon, whom we had worked with prior, and were directed to Josh. Josh, in the office, finally relented to replace it, but that turned out to be only in writing. He told us he had instructed a tech to bring us a new lid, which never arrived. Subsequently, calls and correspondences were left unanswered. I am happy to say we have employed a new, more professional pool service. I hope to see an amicable resolve to this petty issue. This is no way to conduct good business! I'm looked over my messages to you and am confused as to your definition of "threatening" messages. Not once did I "threaten" anyone. Simply stated, I said I would be looking for a more professional company since you stated you instructed a tech to bring us a replacement lid and that never happened. The lid was purchased when we had the pool resurfaced Sept 2023. If you changed your mind on being a reputable pool company and decided not to replace it, there was never any communication to that effect, so we were expecting a lid to be delivered. read more

I have had Blue Lemon since they bought out our old pool company. We have regular weekly service and they repair when needed. However, the weekly service has been disappointing and I have had to call the company several times to come back out because they will say it is brushed, but it is obvious it wasn't done. The cleaning employee hardly ever touched the attached hot tub, even after we requested it be brushed or leaves be removed. Recently, we had our pool remodeled and paused our service until it was completed. We completed it but realized there was an issue with the sucking power. We asked Blue Lemon to come and see what was wrong. They said they would come out on a Thursday and didn't show up. However, I did receive a weekly report (they send those after they come service the pool) saying they brushed, cleaned and added chemicals. Interesting that they never came tho! I reached out saying I have cameras and know they never came and they apologized saying it was sent in error. They said they would come on Friday to give a quote on repair and start cleaning. I got an email with what they think my pool needs and said it would be over $2k. I told them I didn't have that money right now and wanted to see what I could do to get it going again and not the extras they wanted to do. Again, NEVER SHOWED up, but I received a written quote for over $2000 in repairs. This was the exact email : Following our recent visit, we identified several enhancements that could improve the efficiency of your pool and help prevent future costly repairs. The total for the quote is $2,075.00 They said their recent visit, but never came!!! BUT the best part is, they sent me an OLD picture of my system (before the remodel). They never came out to look at what the problem really was as I requested several times. How would they know what is wrong when they haven't come to my house in almost 2 months and I don't even have some of the equipment anymore! It was replumbed and we got rid of a lot of the old equipment. They wanted over $2000 in repairs that I didn't need!!! I found a reliable pool service tech that came out,when he said he would, and figured out the issue for $220. read more

Every employee that I've had the opportunity to engage with, has been great! Today especially because it was 117 degrees out and Junior came to redo some of our pool plumbing to our pump. he worked tirelessly for hours in the heat, yet he was kind, hardworking, and the finish result looked fantastic! We have been so happy with the work that has been completed thus far and know in the future that if anything goes wrong, the problem will be addressed and taken care of at a fair price. We appreciate a business who not only does maintenance on our pool, but who also can address other potential problems, fix them before bigger things break down, and who genuinely cares about their customers.
