There are hair stylists, lash, and nail businesses here at this location. I'm really happy with the fine detail, bright colors and Josie's skills. Michael did my nails and I was happy.. he did put a new nail on that I had broken. But when I was ready for my pedicure that's where things went south...it was a different man.. I understand they have to use the foot scrubber to get the dead skin off but I've never had it used on my toes.. in all my years of getting pedicures I have not ever had it on my toes.. the guy was digging under my toe nails, clippping the entire pedicure... I was bleeding and in pain my entire pedicure. I'm not sure why he was applying so much pressure but 5 hours later and my Foot is still in pain due to the aggression on my foot.. then when it came time to pay once again it was 93.00 I don't understand how as I got a fill in, a add on nail as it was broken and then same pedicure as last time. I am not the type of person to speak up.. but I was wiggling and moving around and you could have told by the expression on my face I wasn't having a good time. I still did tip as I got the service done but I will sadly be taking my business somewhere else. I have never left a nail shop with such horrible experience and left in this much pain.

My nail file and buffer had clearly been used before with nail polish and dust all over them. The metal tools that were used looked grimy too. The station beside me was left covered in dust and with dirty drill bits lying around.
