My husband had Aliyah do his nails and I had Hallie. They were both amazing. Aliyah explained to my husband why his nails are growing a specific way and what to do to fix certain issues. For me I am always fighting brittle and bending nails and we figured out what to do to try and fix these compared to my norm. I would say we will be back when we need our pedicure.

The first one I tried jabbed me under my nail so bad it hurt for a month, and this one that I went to didn't like that I only wanted a polish change bc I wanted to wait until my toe healed. As the lady was removing my polish, I changed my mind and asked for a pedicure but explained she needed to be careful bc of my toe. I don't like when I can't communicate with whoever is providing the service to me bc they don't speak English. I tried to explain to her to be careful with my right big toe bc the last lady hurt it. So when she was filing, I said, please be careful" and she didn't understand me and kept going so the other lady next to her had to tell her. I had to tell her over and over again to be careful and she took the file and threw it on her little table with an attitude. That's when I told her to forget it entirely and just change my polish. The owner did try to talk to me and ask me what was wrong but at that point, I was too pissed. Really sucks because I was looking for a regular salon.

This salon had 4 to 5 stars so I thought my chances were good. I went in for a simple pedicure, the basics because I'm having surgery soon and can't have polish on, so they gave me the new guy. He was fine, but didn't really do a good enough job. I left and once I got a natural light without polish on is when I could see the imperfections. If I go back, it will be to try someone else.

I said NO, just a plain pedicure with polish, and a manicure with clear polish. The attendant asked me multiple times if I wanted a pedicure with rocks, with special lotion, extended massage, etc. I continually said no, just a plain pedicure. The woman next to me in the chair asked about a CBD pedicure, so then my attendant started pushing me to get a CBD pedicure since I was getting ready for leg surgery. After multiple times, I finally gave in and got the CBD pedicure. It was nothing special. At the end of the pedicure, my attendant got up and handed me off to another attendant and went to service someone else, and the new attendant put a board across my lap and started soaking my fingers. i SAID JUST A PLAIN MANICURE WITH CLEAR POLISH. The attendant did a rush job and didn't even take all the polish off my fingers, and just polished over them. I felt like all they were doing was trying to get more money from the services and did not do quality work. I ended up paying $92 for a fair Mani-pedi. I left a 10 dollar tip, but maybe I should have given the first attendant a Oscar for her award winning upsale role. I also was charged a #2.40 surcharge for using my credit card. I don't live in the area, so the chance to me returning are slim to none
