The charges on the invoice are ridiculous, unnecessary and were not authorized by me. When I asked about these fees, one of the owners had the audacity to lie about the location of my vehicle at the time of the tow and lie about the weather conditions- to give reason for the winching and the wrapping of windows- which were never an issue as it was not raining and they had the key and could have rolled up the windows themselves. In addition, they threw in some stupid yard fee, an administrative fee, and a service time fee. But they gave me a break on a gate fee of $100.00. And their idea of helping me with the bill was asking me if I wanted to give them the title to my vehicle and pay the $200.00 This place is a f**kin' joke. They may get my money for now, but I'm sure to get it back in the very near future. They aren't taking my car either. Anyways, they were super busy and before the tow headed to their original call, they got my car first. Once they put my car in the shop, there was no BS, and I was out of there by 430. ******BEWARE********* This is the biggest scam shop i have ever been to. Not only did they sell me…read morea piece of shit car. but suckered me into spending almost 2000$ in repairs. Then on top of all this the mechanic shawn which obviously doesnt know a damn thing besides backyard mechanics talks me into doing my timing chain waterp and tensioner and blows my engine. lies to me in the weeks that my car was there and back steps and trys telling me only my tensioner was needed. i believe at that point is when the db knew he blew my head and kept my car for another 5 days. then calls me and says the heads are gone and trys talking me into redoing my heads. thats when i started investigating into this and was told by 3 diff mechanics one of which was a chrysler licensed mechanic that he set my timing wrong and blew my shit. So needless to say he charged me 420 todo my tensioner and i had my car towed to my house to recieve a car withthe heads in my trunk as well as my airbox. This all stemmed from a censor problem. my car was running when i dropped it off. It is no longer running and in shambles. thanks db's ill see you in court. for now i will warn every and all of your customers and potential customers of how horrible you are.
