Tim took my call, patiently listened to what I needed, quoted the price and dispatched James in less than 20 minutes. Granted I only live a mile away, but this was still amazingly prompt for a towing company. James was polite, professional, and personable. All things you want when you're stranded, even if it's in your own driveway. The tow truck itself was clean, well maintained and well equipped for the job. There was a question about being able to get my truck into neutral so a ramp truck wouldn't have been the right tool for the job, and as a former mechanic I understand the importance of having the right tool...it saves time, trouble and the customers cash, so this is something I really appreciated. Overall, a great experience and while I hope I never find myself in need of their services again, I wouldn't hesitate a second to call them if I did or recommend them to someone else in need. When something unexpected and upsetting happens and one of their friendly, knowledgeable, professional, empathetic employees, goes above and beyond to make a negative situation become a positive one. Corey George with Quality Tow is one of those people, one of those kind hearted people that are hard to find now a days! We were driving down 190 when we unexpectedly blew out a camper tire. We did not have a spare and had no choice but to detach the camper and leave it on the side of 190. About 2 hours later when we came back the camper was gone! So, I called the State Police to find out that they towed the camper with Quality Towing (understandable, safety first)! It is late afternoon on a Friday, we call Quality towing and speak with their answering service. Within minutes Corey calls us back, tells me where to go purchase a tire and assures me I will be on my way to go camping in no time. We are incredibly grateful for all the time Corey took out of your day to help us (and his wife for patiently waiting for him)!

We were yelled at for parking in front of the wrong bay, this grouchy old fart will not even say Hi and acts as if your bothering him or making him do his job. Our camper gets winterized over the winter and uncovered in the middle of April, after the snow melts. We usually take it in for an inspection in late April and didn't realize that the grouchy old fart, gave us a January sticker! So now this year 2025, the inspection has already expired! Don't go to Ricky's for any service! We will have to find another place that does inspections for big rigs, in the Leominster area! They don't even deserve 1 star!!!

Roughly 25 minutes later, the Tow Truck arrived and dropped her car off at Sullivan Tire, sbout 1/2 mile away. He was very professional, courteous, careful not to put a scratch on her car, he made sure we were all set at Sullivan's and thanked us for using Star Towing. Driver did an excellent job and we'd call Five Star if ever we needed a tow again.
