The color is mostly faded except for the spots that look either dirty or streaked. When I first saw it after they "cleaned" it, I was so upset that I couldn't even take it home. Electing to wait for the manager to return the next day. That just added insult to injury, as he politely suggested that it was my fault that the spot on the pocket was my fault saying I must had a sticker there and the residual glue reacted with the chemical. At that time I didn't see the magnitude of how badly they F-ed up my jacket. I could only see the pocket. Now I see the shoulders, the back, the undersides of the sleeves, the two different tones in various places. I could go on but the photos tell most of the story. If anyone know where I could take it to get it dyed, I'd give that a shot.

This was the first time we hired Magik Touch. I met Jay the owner. Jay is a wonderful man, very nice, classy, very accommodating. I am so appreciative of a good person like him. When I arrived they couldn't find half of my items and asked me to wait to find and press. They quickly packed everything(I was late by then otherwise I would have checked). When I got home I saw my blazer was torn. I called and the manager said yes we know that's why we didn't charge you. They did, I stopped by as they requested and the manager was never there. I finally caught him by phone and he said they would reimburse me. It's two weeks later, and I still don't have the refund on my credit card. I don't think they did a particularly good job on the items they did launder either. I just wouldn't bother with this place if you're looking for a new spot. It's pricey and poor quality.

Most places take the short cut and press the whole shirt plus the collar and smush it into the shirt creating a terrible look and destroying the collar (and shirt). I didn't realize how good I had it until I moved away and had to use another cleaners. I cannot yet find a cleaners who can duplicate how they press a shirt. Fantastic product and extremely nice people and therefore are very much deserving of a great review.
