I purchased a Constant Pressure Well Pump system from Pride Pump about 3 years ago. This Summer, well pump went bad. I was without water for 10 days in the middle of a heat wave. Pride Pump shows up and replaced the "motor". Well worked fine for about 8 days or so, then stops working again. Mind you, still in a heat wave here. Doesn't show up until a week later. I wasn't home when he came here. I come home and everything in my 240ft well is pulled up and laying in my dirt. Says he's not going to warranty his work. He was trying to corner me into spending another $5k....I already gave him $10k for this system, which should of lasted around 15yrs. I went with a different company, Fogle Pump, call these guys if want the job done right! Pride Pump is a rip off. Steer clear from the owner Troy. Terrible guy. We called Pride pump to come out and diagnose a two party well in Chattaroy that was not producing what it was normally pumping. Brian and Gage were the techs on site and I cannot say enough about how professional and patient they were. We had our well up and running within 2 hours. We needed an in lake pump replaced quickly and Pride Pump squeezed us in the next day. They came by when I was out in the water, so they went to the next job, and I thought I was in a hole. But after they finished all of their other work, they came back out on the lake at 6:30 pm and left near dark around 8. Through no fault of their's the pump did not work the next day, and they were back out to thoroughly test the system and pinpointed our broken wiring on the beach, and again they left after I assured them it was under control. Long story short they came out yet a third time and would not leave until they verified they solved our problem. The crew keeps their word, they know their stuff and they are very service oriented. My well cap was leaking(artesian well). Called on a Friday evening around 6:30 and they set me at ease that we would be fine until Tuesday (and we were). Sent a pic of the well plate and he had my info in 2 minutes! Tuesday came and the team of Bryan and Carson arrived and placed a well buster down into the casing to stop the flow (below the frost line, might have been a good idea when the well was initially drilled? As an avid DIY'er I did not want to admit defeat but after replacing all the part's I could and still no water or pressure, I sent an email to several local well service companies. Pride responded, on a Sunday, within 90 minutes. I shared a few photos of my well control box and wellhead along with what I had tried already. They said they could come out the next afternoon. I fully expected an answer like "we can be there in a month and the parts will take two months" but they arrived when they said they would, had the pump, pipes and parts needed and got the job done. Aside from being great guys (Ryan and Carson), they also installed a Simple-Pump backup hand well pump I already had with little extra cost. Replacing a submersible well pump is a hard pill to swallow but this company made it as good of an experience as I could have ever expected. read more

My well was having issues with turning off and I thought that I was going to need a new well! But after Pride Pump came out, specifically Carson and Ryan, they found that it was just a loose wire that was heating up and tripping the concentrator! So after 45 minutes they ran the water and it stayed on the whole time! The job I thought was going to cost me tens of thousands ended up being $300! Amazing! They were so great and so helpful! On the Sunday before Memorial Day, I lost all water pressure to my house (well system). I spent Memorial Day calling everyone I could find in the area, hoping to get the water restored sooner rather than later. The plumbers didn't want to come out thinking it was an electrical problem, the electricians, not knowing much about well systems, didn't want to come out. I found Pride Pump and gave it a shot. I called and received voicemail, which suggested I send a text. I did and received a return message a few minutes later. The message informed me they would be available the following day. The next day, Troy reached out to me, confirmed he would be to the house and arrived before lunch. Witin minutes, he diagnosed the problem and left for the parts house. Troy returned an hour later with all the parts and made the repair in short order. Water restored!. Troy walked me through the repair and gave me some pointers on my system. My well pump failed on a weekend. Todd came out and gave me several options with different price points after troubleshooting an extremely complex system. He pulled the pump, replaced the pump and all metal piping with PVC. Put in a well saver, showed me how to adjust settings if I have issues. Recently the pump starter burned up and had to be replaced. The two technicians troubleshot the starter and replaced it. Also noticed the pressure gauge eroded and replaced it. They took the time to check everything over and make sure it worked before they leave. Highly recommended!!! read more
