The scheduler also failed to mention the $198 diagnostic fee ahead of time. The issue with my Jeep was a "lost communication with the AGS" error. Before bringing it in, I researched the problem extensively, including reviewing Jeep's own service guidance. Everything I found indicated this is a fairly common issue most often caused by corrosion or damage in the wiring leading into the shutter assembly. Multiple sources also warned against shops recommending a full assembly replacement unless it was confirmed to be defective. Dellen quoted me approximately $1,600 for a full assembly replacement and, when I asked for clarification and details of the diagnostic, the service representative stated they would only replace the entire assembly. He said the components were not sold separately. After paying the diagnostic fee, I took my vehicle to another shop for a second opinion. They diagnosed the same AGS communication issue, confirmed the wiring showed signs of corrosion, and determined the shutter assembly itself was functioning properly. They completed the repair by addressing the wiring issue for roughly one-third of Dellen's quoted price.

I bought this truck back in August, and they advertised it as having no issues. Later I found out the underside was completely rusted through, cracked, and falling apart. Repair shops told me it was extremely dangerous to drive and "SHOULD NOT BE DRIVEN". They said it looked as if it was going to snap in half while driving down the highway and they told me it would be better to sell it for scraps and take a loss. Regardless, I paid tons of money to have it repaired only to have the wheel bearings completely snap in half and destroy the housing. I took a picture of it getting towed away. At that point I had enough and didn't have any other options and I sold it for $500 for scraps. The pictures don't even do justice of the underside. I should've taken pictures the day that I sold it for scraps. Anyways, NJ Enterprises has been the worst worst business I've ever experienced. I called them over and over asking if they would buy it back for me for thousands of dollars less than they sold it to me. They kept saying they simply couldn't do anything about it. They ultimately stopped talking to me completely. NJ Enterprises told me they had gotten the truck from auction. They had to of known of the major damage underneath and didn't tell me. I spoke to several car dealerships and they all said that whenever purchasing a vehicle from auction, the auction is required to report any frame damage. Larry at NJ Enterprises claimed the auction said it was great with no issues. They are either liars, or scammers. Now, I am currently paying thousands and thousands of dollars off my loan for something that got scrapped months ago. Please don't give them your business. I never write reviews, and hate doing this. But there is nothing else I can do and I want to warn others. And my last note is that I'm a young guy and I had never bought a truck before. I didn't know to crawl underneath and what all to inspect. I just hope others can learn from this.

Everyone was very friendly from the minute I drove in, to minute I checked out and left. The service manager for my particular service was quick and acknowledged the time it was taking but he came out and gave me an estimate of a bulb replacement with oil change service and even accepted a coupon offered from their dealership website. The only drawback is they don't take appointments, it's a walk-in process. I came in at opening around 7:30am and didn't leave until 10am. The waiting room area is clean and stocked with complimentary snacks and water as well as vending machines. I'll still come back because of the friendly service!
