We had been told by a couple people that my son's car needed a new starter - Will easily identified a battery terminal issue after a quick diagnostic. Within a couple minutes, Will knew what the issue was, and we were able to go down to the auto parts store and purchase everything we needed for under $20. He was able to get the car running in less than an hour and went above and beyond to make modifications to one part I bought (battery bracket) because the store didn't have the exact type we needed. Will's work was pristine. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this was. He is also very kind and pleasant! Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!). This will be the only person I call for any mechanic needs. I've shared his contact info with my family and recommend him to everyone! I've dealt with several mobile mechanics in the Indy area and can say Will is obviously and by far the most knowledgeable, honest, and gets straight to the resolution of the issue. Thank you so much, I feel better knowing my son's car is working -- and that he can call you if he runs into any other problems. :)

Mr. Ted at the front desk reminded me of one of my uncles. He was so nice and funny. Chris was my mechanic and really gave me the knowledge I needed to feel confident in the repairs that needed to be done. I really appreciated him not taking advantage of my lack of knowledge and physically showing me what was going on and why it needed repaired. The price wasn't terrible and very much worth it. I walked in at 8am & they were done by noon and left with peace of mind. With no appointment, I thought that was pretty good. My car dealership wanted to keep my vehicle overnight. They told me the lug nuts would be over $300 (that's $15/nut), but I m a senior and can't do the work. Today I brought the car in to get the work done. I told the service guy twice that I had to have the car at the end of the day and he agreed. I never heard anything from him. Finally I called but couldn't get through and left a message. He never called back and I have no car. That's what I call shabby treatment. What makes it sting is that I'm paying premium prices for the experience. Stay away

I supplied the replacement part myself, and after giving them my vehicle's year, make, model, and engine information, I was quoted $520 for the installation and refrigerant recharge. I agreed to the price and dropped the car off. The next day, they called and said there would be an additional charge because they "weren't aware" of the type of refrigerant my car uses. This was frustrating because they had all of my vehicle information before I even brought it in. Suddenly, the new price was $750. I told them I needed some time to think about it and would call them back. About 5-10 minutes later, they called again and said the compressor clutch bolt was seized and that I would need an entirely new compressor. My options were either to replace the compressor or have them reinstall my old one. No pricing was discussed during this call, so I told them to just put my original compressor back on. A few hours later, I called to see if my car was ready, and they acted like it had been sitting there waiting for me. Then they told me the bill was $390. They eventually agreed to $300 cash, but here's the problem: my A/C worked when I brought the car in, and now it doesn't work at all because they evacuated the refrigerant and never recharged it. I understand to an extent paying for labor. But charging me $300 after leaving my car in worse condition than when I dropped it off is unacceptable. Their labor rate is $130 per hour, and the timeline of the phone calls doesn't seem to support three hours of labor. A little understanding, detailed communication, & customer service would have gone a long way. Instead, they earned $300, a one-star review, and lost a repeat customer.

Tom Wood said my vehicle was out of warranty (12k miles or one year and I work from home, so I didn't drive it often). I had Eagle do the valve work, with was over $800. A few months later, I noticed there was still oil leaking. I took it back and they said it wasn't the valves, but is now the top oil pan. I asked didn't they have to touch or remove the oil pan to do the valve work? They said no and said it would be another $800+ to repair. I talked to another mechanic and was told they absolutely had to remove the oil pan to do the valve work. So, my truck is leaking oil and loosing engine pressure because Eagle reduced to honor their warranty and wanted to milk me for money. Update after owners response: I took my vehicle back a few months later and that was the answer given. I did not drive for the majority of 2025 because of a hand injury. I'm writing this response now because of what I was told by a mechanic recently. If they look in their system, they will see they repaired my car and a few months later, I brought it back for a diagnostic because it was still leaking oil. I work from home and put very few miles on my car between 2020 and January 2026.

Jessica helped me at the counter. She was absolutely phenomenal and LOVELY. She got my keys and said they'd have someone run diagnostics on it. I made my self comfortable and waited for about 45 mins until she came back with the results. Thankfully nothing popped up on their tests and she gave me my keys and said no charge. Wow. Just wow. Great service and they were so prompt. I told her that I would be giving them an awesome review- especially her help. I will most definitely be coming back (hopefully not too soon) when I'm in need of service. They also gave a ride to a gentleman that came a little after me. Very nice. Well stocked coffee bar and snacks. Jessica asked if I needed to do any work bc they have an office for people that work while they wait. How great is that? Just got home and the brakes are like new. I am convinced these folks are the best most honest folks in the business. If you are in the general vicinity, you will want to know of the most honest family business you can work with. Kudos to them.
