The work was completed in a timely manner and my car returned to me as it was placed in the service centers hands. I neglected to mention that when the service technician came to get my car he had plastic for the seats and paper floor mat. My car was sounding the way that I expected with the parts provided and I couldn't be happier. They charged me $500.00 to put the parts on, cash again. So I paid them $1,200.00. When I had 300 miles on the car I checked the oil. They didn't change it but put a new sticker on the windshield. They kept my 5 gallons of oil and a new GM filter. I wonder if they used my quality AC Delco brake parts on their vehicle and put on some junk? I called and asked for a receipt and Chris went off on me saying he doesn't give receipts for cash. What a dishonest jerk. I finally got a receipt for the fuel line and caliper. That being said they can usually give you an estimate of how long your wait might be. Don't expect a luxurious waiting room. The waiting room is BASIC. It was probably last remodeled in 1985. There is a single bathroom, a few chairs and a vending machine. If you are lucky the tv will be on and tuned to a local station. There is no coffee machine, free waters or any other deluxe accommodations. However, your car will be fixed in a professional, timely and reasonably priced manner. Bring a book and a little bit of patience if you have a couple customers in front of you. I had three people in front of me today and was out the door in a little over an hour. My husband's car a couple weeks ago was a similar wait that day.
