She always delivers what I ask for and sometimes when I am unsure, she is so great at giving suggestions whether it is about a new length, shape or color. They took the time to come and hold a conversation with me while I was being serviced and asked me a few times if I needed anything to drink. I was very intrigued by the way she completed my desired results. Especially, because she seemed to be more than a bit of a perfectionist. Which I absolutely loved!! As she noticed that I was no longer reading, she engaged in chatter. She was very genuine and engaging. What she didn't know or understand, she was quick to ask. The other nail techs that I could see were completely engaged in conversations....with customers. Nice..lol The manager and owner were very visible on the floor checking on customers and bring more supplies to other tables. Something else that I found intriguing about this nail shop, was the number of chairs they had and so so many gadgets. However, I was disappointed with the overall value and communication regarding services. I received a lavender pedicure and a dip manicure on my natural nails and asked for an almond shape, but my nails came out uneven and more oblong with inconsistent shaping. I received a lavender manicure and the massage was way too rough with the exfoliating scrub. I was also told something would be applied to make the nail color brighter, but was not informed this would be an additional charge until checkout. "Chrome" was added and I had no clue as I just started doing my nails after more than 5yrs of not going to a nail salon. During the manicure my cuticles were cut very aggressively and I went home with bleeding and soreness. For the total price of $200, I expected better quality, gentler technique, and clearer communication about add-on costs. I did tip, but not as well as I normally would. I believe the technician did her best, but it wasn't up to par with the pricing.
