When I got there she was ready to get me started and instantly made me feel at ease. I had a picture of what cut I wanted and she pulls the scissors out and dry chops some the length before my wash. The Wash! She is MAGNIFICENT! If you have never had Marie wash your hair, you are doing a big disservice to yourself! When she finished cutting my hair in a choppy bob, it was better then I pictured in my head. It's light and free and really moves. She really took my drab, hang-there hair and made it beautiful. She didn't offer anything or try to help in anyway after I expressed thaty hair was too dark and not at all what I asked for. She acted like she was doing me a favor actually, by blow drying my hair because as she stated "blow drying does not come with hair color". She said that it would be another service charge for her to lighten/correct my hair). Please be careful if you are wanting to go here. Please double and triple check that they know what service they are providing for you. Because WHEN they ruin your hair, there will be nothing they care to do to fix it.
