I don't usually get desert when I go out to eat because I'm usually full after my entree, but this time I went to Prima Dopo just for an espresso martini and a sweet treat. This was also my first time going to the bar area that they have on the other side. It's super moody, with dark lighting. So nice of you just want to chill and have casual girl talk. The espresso martini (Espression to The Rule) was delish as always but the Bananas Foster Bread Pudding !!!!!!! To die for. The texture was perfect. It was warm and doughy without being too gooey. The flavor just explodes in your mouth 10/10

Such a beautiful place. I am a sucker for ambiance and it definitely had that. I attended with my co workers and they gave us a private area in the back part of the restaurant. There was a fishy smell but I guess it was the seafood being prepared in the kitchen. I got the carbonara, red velvet cheesecake, meatballs (huge), and a prima fiz cocktail. I thought I would hate that it had egg white, but I didn't even taste it. All in all I would definitely go back.

Ugh I love this place! The scallops dish might be my all time favorite. It is incredible. The drinks are also divine! Overall, it was an excellent meal and the service was superb. Having been back for just drinks after dinner, the bar is an excellent choice as well. The restaurant is tastefully decorated and gorgeous!

i came here with a friend for their summer restaurant week. we made a res for a high top near the bar, so our server was one of the bartenders. service was exceptional throughout the entire night. the interior is cute, very modern (and kind of chilly). i ordered the honey butter focaccia, the chicken marsala, and the red velvet cheesecake. i also tried my friend's risotto that came with their scallops and the calamari. overall, things tasted really nice, but we described it as an excellent textural experience. the honey butter focaccia was very crispy, while the marsala sauce was very nicely emulsified and the pasta springy and fun to eat. i'm not usually the biggest fan of red velvet (taste either chocolatey or not, don't taste like something in between) but i actually really enjoyed the red velvet cheesecake. the color was gorg of course, but the chocolate cookie crust was definitely my favorite part. this is definitely more of an upscale experience, with prices to match, but i would return on occasion. everything they do here they do well.

One word: Yum! My cousins and I went here for restaurant week. We ordered a handful of things on the menu. We got calamari, a Caesar salad, Burrata, and bruschetta. The bruschetta was so delicious. You could taste the freshness from the tomatoes. The Burrata was also delicious. The grilled peaches really said it above the bar. We also ordered a handful of appetizers. Two of my cousins got the Wagyu. I personally got the spicy crab spaghetti and another cousin got the vodka rigatoni which was vegetarian so there was no meat in it. Everything was delicious. We had some rosé and espresso martini and what seems to be a play on a spicy margarita which was rimmed with this like Tajin and Chile, and it was so good. Our server was very sweet and attentive. We sat outside. It wasn't too hot so it was a very nice evening. We just enjoyed ourselves. I had never been to this place prior to restaurant week but I for sure can say that I will be back.

Super cute restaurant with very friendly service. The restaurant is tucked away in Fells Point but is surprisingly huge so larger parties are welcome. Decor is also top notch. They have cute events like Galentines popups with local businesses and themed drink menus. The creme brûlée filled cinnamon sugar french toast (yes it is a mouthful but it is so good! try the cookies and cream version too.) I tried my friend's marco dopo short rib burger and it was also delicious (the tomato jam gives it a sweet and savory taste) The Le Moxie mocktail is good but not as sweet as I hoped. Tart lovers will like it. I'd definitely come back to try more of their menu!

I hadn't been here since they first opened, and I wasn't very impressed with the food during my initial visit. However, I dined here again last week for a girls' night out and really enjoyed the experience this time around. We had reservations, which I highly recommend since the restaurant was very busy. All of the appetizers were delicious--we ordered the calamari, beef carpaccio, meatballs, and sweet potato. Surprisingly, the sweet potato stood out the most. The green sauce it comes with is incredibly flavorful and pairs perfectly with the dish. We each ordered our own pasta, and I chose the squid ink pasta, which I thought was delicious. The pasta was cooked al dente, and I really enjoyed the flavor. The only downside is that the pasta dishes are quite expensive for the portion size, and I didn't feel completely full afterward. That said, the service was excellent and the cocktails were also very good. I would definitely come back to try some of their other pasta dishes.

Right as I walked in, I noticed the very festive decor from the Christmas tree to the entrance of string lights for the holidays. I loved the inviting feel the restaurant gave. We were seated near the back in a booth that accommodated 7. We ordered drinks and then went straight to ordering our entrees. We ended up all ordering from the pasta section. I went with the mafalde -- veal ragu, grana with a tomato base. I also tried the squid ink chitarra, spicy crab spaghetti, lobster diavolo, and the sausage rigatoni. I'm glad we all got something different cause we all shared like family style. My favorite was the spicy crab spaghetti since it had a kick to it and I enjoyed the crab balls. I think it's a cute spot in the heart of fells point for a date night or a celebration.

I loved walking in and seeing all of the cute, funky, modern decor. Every worker here was super friendly. We decided to split the Bruschetta, the Spicy Salami Pizza, and the Chopped Salad. The food here is A+! Every bite was so delicious. That pizza is currently haunting my foodie dreams. The only knock on this place is that it is exceptionally loud, so I can't recommend it for a date night. We will definitely be back for the food, though.

Service was great. Food was delicious. Cocktails were amazing. Music was a vibe. However, those with a seafood allergy are limited because the preparation is not separated when it comes to the fryer. For example, we checked out the menu, I had my mouth set on the Tuscan chicken lollipops. Learned when we arrived, they were fried in the same oil as seafood. I had to find other options, but that really sucked.

I stopped in here with some friends. I wasn't really hungry but I saw the crab toast on the menu. I am so glad I decided to order something to nibble on bc this was the best crab toast I have ever had in my life! I would order it over and over again! The staff was welcoming and the ambiance was great!

One of the nicer restaurants in Fells Point with really cute decor. I've been here a few times now for brunch, happy hour, and now dinner recently. The space is a lot bigger than it appears from outside. There is a lot of seating inside along with a back dining room area and a smaller upstairs room for private events with a bar. My experiences have all been pretty good here with solid food and solid drinks. I was with a few friends this time and we got seated in the back dining area. We ordered a couple round of drinks that we all enjoyed. Shared a Bruschetta appetizer and ordered our main entrees. I should have gotten something different but ordered their Spaghetti Limone. It was very plain and really lemony flavored. Pricey for just lemon flavored spaghetti noodles, ah well. My friend's dish - Squid Ink Chitarra, was great which I've also had before and the others enjoyed their dishes as well - Mafalde and Sausage Rigatoni. Service was very slow tonight. I think since we were put in the back, our server who was also bartending, had us out of sight, out of mind lol. It took 15-20 mins every time he came to take orders of something and almost 45 mins for our food to arrive. We were enjoying catching up so it was fine but we noticed the slow service. Other past experiences were good too. Brunch pizza and mimosas were good. Happy hour specials for drinks are great. I like their Tuscan Chicken Lollipop and Meatballs on the happy hour menu. Overall, a cool place to come to for some great ambience and good food and drinks.

No bartender in sight, no other patrons, no background noise. For a moment, we genuinely wondered if we were in the right place. The bar is down a flight of stairs, tucked into the basement, and it's notable because it's Fells Point's only and possibly first basement bar, which already gives it serious character points. We waited near the bar for a few minutes, heard nothing, saw no one, and eventually started heading back up the stairs to leave. That's when Steve, the bartender, literally came after usnot in a weird way, but in a very human, "Hey! Sorry about that, I was in the stock room come back in!" way. And honestly? From that moment on, the experience completely flipped. Steve was phenomenal. Friendly, welcoming, deeply knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the place. He's worked there for 18 years, and once we sat down, he turned the bar into a living history lesson. He shared stories about Fells Point, Baltimore, Edgar Allan Poe, the building itself, and all the ghost stories tied to the space. He also told us about the celebrities who've passed through, including the fun detail that Blake Shelton once sat in the very bar stool I was sitting in and ordered a Bullet bourbon. Naturally, that kind of trivia just adds to the charm. Drink-wise, I ordered an Angry Orchard, and my friend had a single Tito's with cranberry and soda water. Our total was $26.16, which feels pretty standard for Baltimore definitely not cheap, but not shocking either. The bar itself is small, intimate, and packed with atmosphere exposed brick, low ceilings, and that cozy, historic, slightly haunted vibe you hope for in a basement bar. It's also connected to The William Fell Inn hotel through a separate entrance, which makes it feel like a hidden secret rather than a tourist stop. We loved the history, the stories, the ghosts, the setting and especially Steve. Being the only patrons that night was actually a gift, because it let us really soak it all in. That said, we're absolutely planning to come back on a busy night to see how the energy shifts when it's full. If you love historic bars, good storytelling, and places that feel like they've seen things Anchor Bar is a must. ‍

The Cannon Room is a small cocktail bar tucked away in the back of The Pendry and is easily one of my favorite places to grab a drink in Fells Point. Only open after 5pm, it makes for a perfect predinner stop, especially if you are a bourbon fan. Their bourbon selection is seriously impressive, with everything from approachable pours to rare bottles that climb well into the triple digits. They also offer curated bourbon flights that change depending on availability, which is a great way to try something new. The decor deserves just as much attention as the drinks. The room is filled with warm wood accents and subtle Baltimore nautical theming that gives the space a really immersive feel. The centerpiece is the historic cannon that was dredged up from the harbor during construction of the hotel and is now displayed beneath the floor as you enter the bar. Service has always been 10/10. The bartenders clearly take pride in the craft of making cocktails and have the bourbon knowledge to back up the impressive bottle collection. Overall, the Cannon Room is a must stop while visiting Baltimore and an especially easy recommendation for bourbon lovers exploring Fells Point.
