I have never said that in my life! The coaches at UA are top-notch professionals. They take their work seriously, celebrate with you, and are encouraging. I look forward to seeing the coaches -- they are energetic, friendly, supportive, and have taught me a tremendous amount. This contributes greatly to me staying motivated to keep coming back and improving. Getting a new program each month also helps stave off the typical boredom of a "regular" gym. Something else that was unexpected but great nonetheless -- there is a wide variety among UA's members (age, gender, physical shape, natural ability, etc.). Doctor Jin requested a follow-up appointment even before my test result was out. They should evalutate my test result first and then decide if a follow-up appointment is required. The follow-up appointment took less than 10 minutes and it cost $132.82 out of pocket. I was never told that the follow-up appointment would cost extra money. They didn't tell me why it was necessary to schedule the follow-up appointment. They don't care how much money the patient will pay! Not recommend!

No patient-care escalation. No concern for continuity of care. Just a denial. Healthcare, especially hormone and wellness care, is not something you can pause without real physical consequences. A legitimate medical practice understands this. NAVA does not. If you are looking for a clinic that treats you like a person rather than an account number, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
