Scam organization. It's a Shame ! The original owner was awesome ! May she rest in PEACE ! I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about my experience. My girlfriend and I spent nearly **$1,000** on treatments with the understanding that the company stood behind its work and offered follow-up care if additional units were needed. We were repeatedly told that if we were unhappy, the follow-up appointment would determine whether additional units were necessary. After the original staff left and the company changed management, we had to make numerous attempts--well over 20 emails and messages--to schedule the follow-up that had already been promised. Communication was extremely poor, and getting a response became incredibly frustrating. Before our follow-up, I specifically asked whether there would be any additional charges. I was told in writing, "If it is a follow-up appointment, then you won't pay anything." I have screenshots of these conversations. At the appointment, the new provider reviewed our previous treatment but never explained that additional units would result in new charges or discussed the cost per unit before proceeding. The treatment was performed first, and only afterward were we told we owed additional money. Had we been informed beforehand that additional charges would apply, we could have made an informed decision about whether to proceed. Instead, we felt blindsided. The issue isn't simply the money--it's the lack of transparency, poor communication, and failure to honor the expectations that were set from the beginning. A medical aesthetics practice should always discuss costs before providing additional treatment. I hope the company improves its communication and billing practices so future patients don't have the same experience. I loved coming here for years and Enjoyed Nurse Yalda and her teams expertise and customer service, so I hate to do this. But Since Yaldas untimely passing, there have been repeated updates the her page about being open for business and even allowing scheduling but without a practitioner onsite = last minute cancellations. More so, no one answers the phone there or answers DMs. If you pre paid for a package like I did, you're basically out of luck. Worst part- when you dispute the charges on your card, someone behind the scenes is actually contesting it! The audacity knowing you don't answer customer calls and can't see us. Today I had a bad experience at the Rejuvenation Clinic. My appointment was at 11:50am and I got there early enough (11:40am). There was an advertisement on FaceBook for PDGF under eye treatment for the price of $249 and $5 deposit to schedule. When I get there waited for almost an hour just to hear it was a FaceBook advertisement mistake and the price for the treatment was $551. On Monday 8/11 at 4:35 pm, I called Rejuvenation Clinic as I was considering a procedure they offer. It was explained to me that I would be charged $100 to book but that amount could be applied to the service I wanted. I explained that I was hesitant to book because I might be having a medical procedure later in the week that would prevent my attending the appointment. I was told that they had a 48-hour cancellation policy. I was also sent this policy in writing. I responded to a call from my doctor when I got off the phone from booking and as I had suspected, I would not be able to make the appointment. At 4:50, 15 minutes after I called to book and 68 hours prior to my scheduled appointment, I called to cancel. The person who answered the phone said she didn't have the authority to cancel and that she'd leave a message for the person I booked with. I sent a message through their messaging system stating that I wouldn't be able to make the appointment and would therefore like my deposit refunded. When they opened at 9 the next morning (still more than 48 hours prior) I called again. The receptionist addressed me by name and knew who I was because she had seen my message but I repeated that I wanted to cancel the appointment and would like my deposit refunded. Again, I was told that she didn't have the authority to do that but the office manager would call me. I never received a call. And I was charged $100. Compared with other businesses I have dealt with in my life, Rejuvenation Clinic in Vienna, VA is unprofessional and dishonest. read more

I would give negative stars if I could. I've been getting DimondGlow facials for YEARS. Just moved to the area and tried this place 3 times. I had a different aesthetician each time, so do not know what is going on with retention of staff, but I digress. Today I went in for my Diamond Glow facial and the first person who escorted me to the treatment room did so and then vanished. 10 minutes later another person appears and tells me she is to do the treatment, and not only did not prepare my skin properly - and I had told her I had a small scab that was healing from a deep blemish from a few days ago - she tried to leave a folded tissue over my eyes which of course did not stay, because if using the tool and technique properly that tissue is not even needed, AND it was situated on my face in such a way that it blocked the diamond tip from being able to be fully used on my entire face! However, that may have been a Godsend because after just one horrible and half-done pass on my skin, my skin felt painfully raw and like it had been scraped with sand paper! I then told her she had to stop, that it was unbearable for me, and I apologized for asking her, but then asked how much experience she'd had with giving that type of facial treatment. She did not answer, but insisted she had given a facial using the same machine just this morning. She also kept calling my Diamond Glow facial something else and mixing up the words between that and the Dermaplane add-on I had requested at the start of my appointment with her (thankfully she did not do the Dermaplaning either because she said they were out of blades). I have never stopped a treatment but today was the first. She then blamed the machine for the issues. My skin was burning and visibly red from the first pass of the tool already, (and the technique she used to do that first pass was rudimentary at best - nothing at ALL like any professional I've ever seen perform this facial on me before), and then she applied a super thick serum to try to get my skin to calm down. Then she used a red light to help with the calm, but for maybe 3 minutes at best, which means the red light did NOTHING to help because 3 minutes is not nearly long enough and of course my skin was STILL feeling stinging and burning. Lastly she had the nerve to pressure me into rebooking with her for another day?! No thank you!!! I am not letting you near my face again! This business takes a non-refundable deposit from you to hold the appointment, and then my appointment had to be stopped because the aesthetician did not know what she was doing, so my appointment was incomplete (how much worse would my skin be if I had allowed it to continue? Shudder) I now have some small broken vessels on my cheeks from this as well. :-( Truly, now all I want is a full refund; I promise to never return and warn anyone else thinking they'll get an experienced aesthetician who can perform Alle's Diamond Glow Facial, be VERY careful about coming here, as you may not get what you're paying for! read more

At first, I had an amazing experience overall at the beginning, everybody was pleasant and I was very hopeful in getting great results . After my 2nd Kybella session, I was not happy with the results therefore I decided to e-mail Nurse Yalda. She e-mailed me back to schedule a follow up to see what can can be done. When I arrived I was hoping to work something out with her and understand as to why the results weren't what I expected. I mentioned that I was not happy with the results after spending nearly $4,000 and wanted suggestions of what can be done. Instead both her and her assistant became very combative and defensive . It turned into more of who was right and wrong rather what can we do to resolve this matter. After constant going back and forth, they eventually offered to give me two complementary vials of Mesotherapy. At this point, I no longer trust them to do anymore treatments on me. It was upsetting coming there hoping to work something out but instead, I left upset and felt my concern was not taken into consideration. My main concern was not the fact that Kybella did not work for me, rather the way they handled things and lack of empathy for their clients. Got nose bridge filler done by Nurse Yalda and wow! I'm so happy with the results! This review was long overdue because honestly with my new confidence I've been so busy livin it up and going out more often! I got my filler in May and 2 months from then my filler is still looking beautiful. Upon entering, the ambiance was very clean, beautifully decorated, and felt modern. All the staff I encountered were so friendly and very knowledgeable. Nurse Yalda was AMAZING. She's so nice and I love how careful she was when injecting. I was super worried about the pain but it literally was not bad at all. They used an ice pack to numb the area and during injection it only felt slightly uncomfortable but not painful. I think the filler also had some kind of numbing agent in it as well because for the whole day after the area was numb. Over the next week, I experienced NO bruising whatsoever thanks to Nurse Yalda's technique. Only a bit of soreness but that is expected and went away quickly. Najeem reached out to me through text after my appointment to check up on me and I really appreciate the care they have for their patients. I can't wait to go in again to reup my filler. I just returned from Rejuvenation Clinic and couldn't get on Yelp quick enough. Nurse Yalda and her team are aaaamazing. Truly - for being an office that provides cosmetic services, these ladies are so humble, genuine and down-to-earth. I didn't once feel pressured into a service and was more than happy to support a female-driven independent business with some badass chicks. Can't testify quite yet to the effects of the Botox I received as it takes a few days but I trust that it will be as beautiful as predicted. The lip fillers on the other hand, however...WOW! I was contacted after I posted this review by Bridget, the "new" Office Manager, although I spoke to her when this first happened in July-August of last year. Her solution? Offering me a bunch of beauty products that I don't need. I told her that I saw a plastic surgeon, NOT a nurse, who charged me less than what she charged & the only thing Nurse Yalda could do for me was to give me a partial refund of the $2,500 I paid to her. They are not professional. Don't get fooled if they offer you a low price. After seeing the Nurse two times when I called to make another appointment the receptionist insisted that I should go on line to make my appointment which I tried to do but after 45 minutes being unsuccessful I called back and I told the receptionist that their system is not user-friendly. So he finally made an appointment for me. I wanted to inform them that their online system is complicated. After a day or two the Nurse called me and told me that I was rude to her receptionist and I should not go back to their office again! I loved my entire experience. I got 3 vials of kybella 6 days ago and I feel great. The pain was not that bad level 5 the first day and I experienced small bruising and a lot of swelling which is expected. Day 3 I felt less discomfort and more normal! I am still numb but I am healing really well and a lot of the swelling already subsided. Everyone is different but it was great. Nurse Yalda is an Angel and so patient. I am so happy and impressed with my experience at Rejuvenation Clinic and with Nurse Yalda. Overall I was nervous about the procedures I chose, but she was extremely patient and thorough about explaining to me exactly what to expect and setting realistic expectations about the process and what results would and would not be immediate. Along with other fillers, I also got Botox for my facial sweating and nose filler to straighten my nose. Two major things that I've been insecure about for years and just WOW!!
