I had the BEST experience with Alicia at Sephora! She is seriously amazing at what she does. From…read morethe moment I walked in, she took the time to really understand my skin type, concerns, and what I was looking for. Nothing felt rushed or salesy--she genuinely cared about helping me find the right products. Every single product she recommended has been a game changer. My skin has never felt this smooth, hydrated, and glowing. I've already noticed such a difference in both how my skin looks and feels--it's like a total refresh! Alicia is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also so kind and easy to talk to. She made the whole experience fun and personalized. If you're going to Sephora, you NEED to ask for her. I'll definitely be coming back just to shop with her again! 10/10 recommend

I asked if they had a certain lipstick shade my daughter was looking for, and he opened a drawer, quickly closed it, and told us they didn't have it. After he walked away, I checked the drawer myself and the shade was actually there. I also asked about my free birthday gift, and he told me it was only available during your birthday month. But when I got to the register, the cashier immediately told me I still had my free birthday gift available. The misinformation and rude attitude really took away from what should've been a fun Mother's Day shopping trip. Thankfully the cashier was much more helpful and kind.

This location is tucked into The Arbor Village Center so it's surrounded by other eateries and businesses. Most people familiar with this plaza know that parking is a headache during lunch and dinner hours. I would not want to be here if it was overly crowded, but thankfully that wasn't the case when we were there on a Saturday afternoon. My friend recently visited Japan so she wanted to stop by to show me their popular haircare products. We ended up spending a whole hour here and I've added more products to my wishlist for the near future. I also walked out with a purchase and can't wait to try it. Notes: ~ Hours of operation are 11:30 AM - 8:30 PM daily ~ Opened in 2018 and it's a smaller store but they still carry wide range of cosmetics, skin/hair/oral/ personal hygiene care products, toys, snacks and lifestyle items (not just Japanese ones, but also trendy Korean and a couple of Chinese brands) ~ Prices are actually not outrageous (some products appear cheaper than the Japanese and Korean markets) ~ Aisles are a bit more narrow here so please be patient ~ There's a spacious sink in the back of the store for hand washing after testing out the wide variety of beauty products ~ Store associates are nice and ready to help find any product ~ Partnered with Fivestars for their loyalty program ~ Sometimes they offer deals like spend $50+ to receive a free gift ~ Products approaching end of shelf life are placed right by the checkout counter (items can be between 30-70% off) ~ Mobile payment accepted

It's a small specialty boutique with all kinds of cute, trendy Japanese gift items & Asian beauty products (i.e. Twee, Tirtir to name a few) including skincare, cosmetics, and trendy gift items. I stock up on their Jung Saem Mool cushion foundation - April 2026 @ $54 comes with refill. Store is a little cramped but I usually go in to get what I need and I get out. Parking is a beast at the Diamond Jamboree lot so try to get there during non rush hour times. They open late after 11am so a bit of a hassle if you're in a rush and crunched for time. Service has always been good when I'm there. The staff is friendly and give good suggestions on what products work for their skin type (Asian skin).

Currently this way are a lot of various Labubu for sale. I like coming here for their whitening skin care products, as well as serums for long luscious eyelashes. A lot of their products are in English and translated in Chinese characters. Maybe they need to include English translation as well. Small store packed with a lot of products. Only 1 cash register so you have to wait a long time to make your purchase. Some items for sale do not have prices on them so you have to get a price check at the register. Located at Diamond Jamboree plaza off Jamboree and Milikan.
