She quickly narrowed down the best options that met safety standards, which made the process much less overwhelming. What we appreciated most was that AJ truly listened to both of our concerns. She was patient, pleasant, and somehow even provided a little free marriage counseling along the way, helping us compromise on product choices with humor and ease. After we selected our tile, she walked us through all of the finishing details, including edge trim, grout, and a shower niche, so we could make every decision in one visit. We left with all of our choices made and were able to get home in a timely fashion. AJ made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and even enjoyable. It's honestly hard to leave without finding something to bring home. The employees at the front are consistently friendly and welcoming. While I don't often see associates throughout the store unless they're stocking shelves, checkout has always been a pleasant experience. They frequently run sales, which is a big plus. My only complaint about the value is that this location's clearance section isn't marked down as much as other Hobby Lobby stores I've visited. There's still a good selection of clearance items, but the prices aren't quite as competitive as I've seen elsewhere. The biggest downside is the restroom. It requires a code to access, and it can be difficult to find an employee when you need one. Unfortunately, the restroom also hasn't been very clean during my visits. Overall, despite a couple of drawbacks, this location offers great service at the front, an excellent selection, and enough deals to keep us coming back.
