We walked over here to try it out because it was open late. We got 2 of the deals where you get 2 slices of pizza and a soda for $9, not bad. The pizza with the fresh mozzarella had too much sauce on it that it splashed. I had asked the lady cheese and add fresh mozzarella on top. Told her two times, but she didn't listen. The dough tasted like like it was sourdough; like a place I had in knoxville. The pizza was ok, but not amazing, their sauce was pretty sour. They should have added some sugar to it. On pizza case it says 18% gratuity added for dine in table service... not sure what thats supposed to be... 18% for them to bring your slices? We did this via DoorDash over a $200 order. One of the peaches was wrong, all of the pizzas were scanty in their toppings and blend with their flavors and very greasy. The frustrating thing is they don't send any plates or anything we even called and asked for them since we were eating outside all 16 of us. They sent a handful of napkins. Very stupid considering that they are used to delivery orders that they wouldn't send plates of some sort. How much can 16 sheet paper plates cost? I was shopping at the Harbor shops mall and I got a craving for wings, so I saw this restaurant and decided to give it a try....there are many signs outside about the pizza special for $13.95. But as a savvy consumer, I read the small print and it's only cheese and it's only if you take it out (dine in is $3 extra) it's only if you pay cash. Anyway, that would had been too much food for just one person, so I got the wings. They were good, not the best ones I've had, but they took care of my craving. Staff were very friendly! They have a touch screen option or you can order at the counter. As far as food, I would say it was average at best. The pizza was greasy but the crust was delicious (and my husband enjoyed the pizza even with the extra grease). The garlic knots were just bread rolls with stuff on top and didn't really taste garlic-y. The wings were fine but they didn't put the sauce on it that we ordered so that was kind of a bummer... but the wings met base expectations otherwise. Unfortunately, the delivery driver ignored the instructions to meet my husband IN THE HOTEL LOBBY. The front desk and bartender confirmed that no one came through with a pizza. The food was apparently handed off outside the hotel, and we never received it. Thankfully, the restaurant said they're going to void the order, which we appreciate -- but it was still a frustrating experience. It was not 1am I have the call log to prove it. You rushed us off the phone and were very short with us. Trust we will not be back. And for your knowledge this IS THE DAUGHTER. Visiting the area and stopped in for some pizza. I ordered the Tribeca pizza to go and asked to substitute onions for mushrooms. When I checked in on Yelp a coupon popped up for free garlic knots. Between the substitute topping and a coupon pretty much dumbfounded them. The bartender told me I should order online and then pointed to the touchscreen menu, after they already put my order in. Then I ordered a corona and asked for a lime, after several minutes of searching I was told they don't have limes. Probably my first time sitting at a full bar that doesn't have cocktail garnishes. I figured it may just have been an off day or a newer crew, and the food would make up for it. I mean it has 4 stars on Yelp and considering NY is in the name of this establishment you'd think there is a minimum standard for the quality of pizza. Surprise surprise, the food was trash. $30 for a pizza that was Super bland, undercooked, floppy and soggy, and missing toppings. 10 out of 10, do NOT recommend. It took 45 minutes from when I ordered to when it was delivered. Overall speedy service for a pizza joint. We ordered pizza, wings, and garlic knots. While the food had good flavor it was ice cold. Everything was cold. Very disappointing. May have to try in person to get the full experience but delivery doesn't seem to be the best results. read more

Con: it's pricey for what it is. It's dollar slice style, but definitely not near a dollar. Also, I'd steer clear of the salad. So disappointed in dishonesty. Came to town and looked for some local flavor. Chose this place...looked reasonably priced for a pizza joint. Ordered a MEDIUM pizza and a salad for 1-2 people plus two canned drinks. Ordered at the counter and added a tip at the point of sale. Order was repeated to me bf I paid. Amount seemed too high so after sitting down, I looked at my receipt, realized I was charged for a LARGE pizza and a salad for 2-3 people and the two drinks PLUS an additional gratuity. Asked the employee about the discrepancies and was told we received a large salad (bc I said it was for 2 ppl) and a large pizza. I didn't mention the additional gratuity. Hope he needed that $10. UPDATE: read again! You repeated the order back correctly yet wrang it up wrong. You delivered the salad to the table and said "salad for 1-2". You tacked on extra gratuity AFTER you even mentioned "here's the latest receipt with gratuity on it". Dude, don't lie again...seriously! This used to be my favorite pizza place. I've been coming here for years, sometimes around 3 am, and they always had the best service and pizza. Used to give a beer to you just for waiting(now that's a $1 apparently) Now their sauce is super acidic, which they over-douse the pizza in, and then give you hardly any cheese. It honestly feels like I'm eating soggy, acidic bread. This is the third time I'm experiencing this, and I'm realizing this is how their taste is now. I shouldn't have to pay extra for someone to put a normal amount of cheese on a pizza. If alls I can see is red all over the pizza and hardly any white; then there isn't enough cheese.
