It is very convenient to view available appointment times at this location, and at other branches if needed, and to schedule appointments for multiple family members. They also offer extended hours, including later in the day and on Saturdays. We have been attended to by two different doctors at this location, both of whom have been courteous and professional. We felt that we received thorough examinations. In my husband's case, when he experienced an eye injury, they were able to accommodate him with a same-day appointment and provided a treatment plan for him to follow. The remaining staff members were also very helpful, making the process of selecting frames and lenses a less stressful experience.

I've had several bad experiences here. The first one being…read morethey made me stand out in the freezing cold/snow with my kids when I already knew what I wanted. I get that it says visibly no one 18 & under but I was from out of town & that's the only place I knew of. It's just a really inconvenient place for parents with kids. I'm not just gonna leave my kids in the car. The one in Athens allowed me to take my kids in. They need to move the tobacco if that's what they're worried about. If the Athens one can manage it then the Lancaster one should too. Second being as how they keep selling proven defective items. I took one back, they replaced it & it stopped working too. They didn't even bother pulling them off the shelves knowing they are all defective. Never going here again!!
