We've used Primate Pest twice in the past 2 years. One thing I like is that the stuff they use is pet safe. I have a doggie and Im always worried that these things might be toxic. They spray real quick indoors and outdoors and is normally in and out in about 15 mins. They are very friendly and efficient and they always make sure they spray every corner and don't miss any. We just moved into a property that's surrounded by greenery, that had been vacant for almost 4 months. We knew there would be some bugs around, but didn't realize they would be scattered all over the kitchen floor just hanging out and greeting us at every corner when we started to paint the walls. When we called Kenny, we told him what the bugs looked like in the kitchen, and he was able to narrow it down to carpet beetles. Ew. Although not super scary like those awful 8 legged monsters they call spiders, I was still creeped out. We scheduled an appointment with him, to assess the situation, but then decided to just let him do his job since he was already there. Fortunately, it's far from being a huge property, so he was able to do it on the spot and spray both inside, and outside the area. Kenny was professional, kind, and super informative about the spray he was using (we didn't have to vacate or wear masks surprisingly). He suggested we do another round of spraying every 4-5 months since we live in such an open space and to call him should we have any issues. I think the best part of the whole thing were his booties. Yeah, I said it. When we did a walk through inside, even though it's not carpeted, and we weren't even moved in, he put on shoe booties to keep from tracking stuff into the place. I've never had to call a pest company, so I don't know if that's protocol, but I thought that was pretty awesome. I would highly recommend Primate Pest for your bug problems. I am so over bleeping ants! I thought I could get rid of them myself. I sprayed the entire perimeter of my house with spray I bought at Home Depot. I used professional gels. I sprinkled diatomaceous earth. I blasted them with raid and Mrs.Meyers counter spray (Mrs.Meyers works good at killing them and it smells good...but they end up coming back). The ants persisted. Finally this week I reached out to a few pest control places through yelp. Primate Pest got back to me within the hour through email (it was probably closer to 15 minutes). Every time I emailed with a question, the response was quick to follow. Their prices were the same or less than the other companies I reached out to. And they did not try to sell me on a monthly service. Though I probably will sign up for a quarterly service since that's what they recommend since their spray tends to last about 3 months. Another company that a friend recommended was going door to door late into the evening and that just seemed weird to me, so happy to have found these guys the old fashioned way - on the internet. Steven came out this morning (was able to get an appointment a couple days from when I called even though I probably live in the outer edge of their service area). He was professional and nice.
