It was just the crust that ruined the experience. Hence, the one-star deduction. The waitress was quite comedic, friendly, and still professional. I went in with my mom and dad. We are from NY but now live in LA. Unfortunately, due to health reasons, my dad and I are both on a gluten free diet. You never know what you're gonna get with a gluten free pie. Sometimes they're like cardboard, others are not crispy enough or too crispy. Franco's offers a cauliflower crust and it's the best gluten free pie I've ever had. My dad agreed and we eat pizza wherever we go. The crust was perfectly crispy. The sauce was amazingly good and the cheese was perfect. My mom got a regular slice and said it was also fantastic. The owner and employees were very chill and nice. I highly recommend this spot.

It was a Thursday evening around 6:30 and we walked in and ordered a cheese pizza to go. It took only about 10 min. BUT had to we come in 5 min later there would have been a wait. Suddenly groups streamed in and I overheard them ordering everything from sandwiches to pasta and different types of non-pizza items. Seeing this in a pizza shop always is a good sign. There is ample seating and everything looked clean. There is a bathroom on site as well. We were starving so ate the pizza on the car ride home and although it was super warm, it was delicious and flavorful. The sauce was a little sweet for my liking but still very good. Their beer selection is nice, and the staff is super friendly with good energy all around. It could not even be eaten... it was literally inedible and gave indigestion all night, and the pizza was not much better considering what the local competition offers. Prices are cheap, and people at counter were nice, but can't return for the food quality.
