Just ordered some food from this establishment and have ordered quite frequently in the past from them. In fact, I was one of their first customers to order when they first opened (was over an hour late - didn't complain off course, since I have been in the business). Now mind you, this has nothing to do with $$ whatsoever, but just a comment on how businesses are run now a days with a lack of logic, decency or customer service. It's indicative of our current culture, which is sad to see. So, quick story - we have accumulated numerous "pizzas cards" that they distributed in the past (collect 12 / get a free pizza; btw, we have so many) etc.. etc... Called in an order, but was told they stopped doing that (which is fine, I get it). Again, not the $$ - its like $20.00. But just the culture of a haphazard way to run a business/organization. (BTW - This person has no idea how long we have been customers :)) And we see it throughout now. I would expect that from a Dominos/ Pizza Hut etc., not from a community establishment. But anyway, just wanted to get the off my chest. There are many other options for pizza, but customer service is so important. Take some advice from an old timer - you need to use common sense when dealing with customers :) read more

The pizza is great and the staff is good. I have come here multiple times for a quick slice when in the area. This last time I had decided to get a chicken parm in a wrap. I regret that decision. We've been ordering pizza from here for a long time but a few days ago, we ordered a plain pie, calzone, and a drunken grandma pie which I was really craving and looking forward to. I couldn't remember if we got the grandma from them before but I've def seen pics of it here. I sent my husband to pick up the order and of course he didn't check there but when he got home- the grandma pie was a regular round pizza with regular sauce and just diff mozzarella and a few leaves on top. We thought we got the wrong pizza as we have had many grandmas and although everyone makes them different it's always a square pie with a slightly thicker crust, fresher sauce and cheese, and drunken has some other sauce on top. I called them to ask and the woman on the phone asked someone else and then she says "yes that's how we decided to make it today". She wasn't rude but she just kept repeating that same line. First time ordering catering lunch for 10 people. Food was fresh & tasty with good portions and quality. Zucchini sticks appeared house-made, which I don't often see. Grilled veggies topped with chicken were great! Meatballs were hearty, and the cannoli freshly filled! Tasty provolone topped the fresh salad. Grandma pie crust was on the thick side but enjoyable. Probably would try their pasta dishes next time. We didn't really enjoy the grandma pie. However they make it different then the usual grandma pies that I would prefer to be made or have eaten. They make it as described on the menu Some sauce, spread of mozzarella Crushed tomatoes We just didn't enjoy much at all. Only ate one slice. The crust seemed a little undercooked. More of a white doughy look. Maybe if it was cooked a little longer. For a crispier browning crust. While you are eating the slice you would get a lot of dripping water coming off of the crushed tomatoes. Oh well, at least they are friendly. Well, ordered pizza from Paisano's in New City off of Route 304. New owners. They won't last long. Ordered a Large Margarita Pie and Sicilian pie. Margarita pie was overly sweet and crust dry as a fart and no taste. The Sicilian pie was doughy in the middle, sauce sweet as hell like from a Rague jar, and the crust was like biting into a foam peanut used for packing. Never going back. Frozen pizza taste better than this ugh! Guess I'm eating cereal tonight for dinner. So disappointed If it wasn't that I had to give a star to post this I wouldn't give any. read more

My husband and I have ordered from here a few times! We love their vodka slices and Sicilian slices! The reasoning for the 4 star review would be the ice cold vodka sauce (requested) served with our hard not too flavorful garlic knots. Could've just been a bad day. This was my absolute favorite pizzeria in Rockland county until the new owners took over. Nothing against them as people, they seem nice and made cool new additions to the menu. They kept the 7 days a week family meal specials which is why I gave at least 3 stars. Something is definitely off though, the sauce just doesn't taste like NY/NJ sauce that you'd get around here. The plain pie wasn't very good. We didn't even eat the leftover. Best way I can describe it is it tastes like way-upstate pizza now. The vodka sauce is good. The menu selection for things like paninis and wraps looks good so I'll probably still try that. Got a chicken roll and it def was not made with mozzarella cheese, it tastes like Swiss. Read the reviews and decided to give it a try. As I walk in, not only I saw the customers there without masks, but none of the staff was wearing a mask either. This is in the middle of a pandemic with a new surge in the horizon. When I told them I'm not going to buy anything without them wearing masks, the response was all 4-5 of the staff started YELLING at me claiming they didn't "have to" wear masks. I guess they only do what they "have to" do for consideration of the health of their customers. I wonder if they "have to" wash their hands. Or they "have to" not pick their noses before touching your food. I don't know if this business is just run by anti-mask, Covid is a hoax people, or just dumb. Condescending and arrogant. I ordered a Sicilian and a calzone. An hour later the delivery came and rather than the cheese being on the pizza it was on the top of the box. I politely called to let them know and they passed me through 3 people and finally someone said they would send me a new one and so graciously let us keep the non edible original pie. To boot, it was cold and burnt. The calzone is not a traditional it was small and stuffed with herbs but that's the least of their problems. They asked me to identify the driver as if it were a police investigation. They promptly deliver a new pie (I'll give them that) and it was a round pie. I call to speak to the manager and was greeted by someone who sounded very young. I explained the situation in which he became confrontational and aggressive. " well you never told me what you ordered" I'm sorry that is up to me? He went on to say "well what do you want? I can send you a new pie or a gift certificate". I asked if he was the manager and he said he was the owner. An owner would speak to customers that way especially when their product is sub par? the sole reason of them being in business is to deliver good food. Never again. Amazing, amazing, amazing. We have quickly become fans of the new Paisano's Pizza on 304. The focus on quality and food execution is amazing. Just this past week we visited three times for lunch and we don't know which dish we like more - the cheese steak stuffed pizza, the regular pizza, the grilled shrimp avocado salad and the famous chicken Francese hero - it's famous for a reason. I recommend you run don't walk to try them out! In a town where there are a lot of pizza places - if they continue like this they will stand heads and shoulders above the rest. Yum! read more
