Came here because I had a bunch of Classpass credits that I needed to use while having a stiff neck. Service: 10/10! I opted for a lymphatic drainage massage. It was my first time and the nice lady at the front was very informative with everything. I don't go for deep tissue massages because I typically get so ticklish and want to stop the massage (lol) but this massage was lighter and I only felt ticklish sometimes. The staff here is so friendly and nice! Ambiance: Very clean and cute interior. Overall, would come back and even do their other services :) read more

Been going here for about 3 yrs now for monthly lymphatic massages, also had a few facials..... hey, guys like to get pampered too! All the staff are friendly and professional, I've tried several of the therapists (Yoyo, Tiffany, Iris) but my go to is Iris. Yoyo is much stronger to the point it hurts (no pain no gain), think deep tissue. Tiffany and Iris are all rounders. Pricing is typical for these Asian places, wish it was a little cheaper but you do get what you pay for. read more

I had an amazing aqua oxygen facial done here and it was so relaxing. Best of all my face was glowing and was so hydrated and smooth after my treatment. I wish I remembered the lady that did my facial bc she had magic hands and she gently massaged my face and neck to help with lymphatic drainage which I thought was also neat. They offer different packages for the facials that you can combine with body massages too. It is much more cost effective to get a package versus paying for the treatments individually. I luckily had a Groupon when I went here and I loved how they didn't cut corners or treat me any differently that if I had been a regular paying customer. read more

Definitely recommend! This facility is very clean and their service is very good! They have a variety of service from basic acne and facial treatments to Botox and other things I've never even heard of before, but don't worry the staff are all very friendly and will explain to you if you have any questions. They also have a lot of packages and bundles you can choose from so it's definitely worth it! They have a lot of modern technology and everything seems so professional and up-to-date (although I don't know much about beauty products as I simply needed to get a facial treatment for my blackheads). All in all, definitely recommend for their service, quality and pricing! read more

I came here recently on a friend's recommendation that they do a good body massage, was I wrong...they do a great lymphatic drainage massage! I've had my share of foot and body massages around the area and I was hesitant to do one at a med spa, but It turned out to be such a good experience. I thought it would be kind of a light touch, relaxation massage with the soft music, nice decor and mood lighting.. .it was all that plus a professional drainage massage by Iris, that really got rid of all the toxins thats been sitting in my lymphatic system. I felt cleansed and renewed afterwards, more so than just a regular body/muscle massage, which she hits too. Overall it was a professional and pleasant experience from the start to finish. Being greeted by Jenny, I believe thats her name, at the front desk, and offered some good tea after the treatment. I think I'm going to make this a regular body/mind/health visit from now on...maybe check out some of their specialized services too. read more

The last time i came in for a different service, terra suggested i try ozempic and offered me 1 trial shot so i can see how it works, and told me by mouth if i like it to let her know in a week and i can sign up for 2mo ozempic for $700. I saw results, and a week later, i messaged them and they decide to retract that offer and told me terra is now only offering $600 for 1 month + 1 wk free. Ok. But whats the point of offering me 700 for 2 mo when youre not going to follow through? Although thay made me uncomfortable, i let it go. Today, i reached out to ask for quote on service for shurink, specifically 400shots. I also asked for price on botox. They avoided answering prices and was vague and said terra is offering 1x shurink for $500. Because of the experience i had last time, my instinct told me to lock in and schedule that offer and price for when i return next month from my trip. And i was right because when i tried to lock it in, hana told me "ok. But ill let you know in march" There was some back and forth and suddenly, they said they have availability march 27 for the services. So why would you let me know in march?? To change the offer again? How come as a business the cant give me clear and direct answers? As a client i felt it was shady and unnecessary, and a stark contrast to what their customer service used to be. I no longer feel comfortable coming here.

This is where I had my laser hair removal, and up to now, I still don't have hair growth in the treated areas--which really speaks to how effective their treatments are. I also tried laser treatments for acne, but PicoSure wasn't the best fit for me. In addition, I did microneedling with PRP, which complemented my overall skin treatments and helped improve my skin texture over time. One of my favorite services was the HydraFacial with massage--it was both relaxing and results-driven. My skin felt clean, refreshed, and noticeably smoother after. Most of the technicians were good, but my favorite at the time was Dianne--she was gentle, thorough, and made the experience really comfortable. Chloe and Momo also helped guide me in finding the right treatments for my skin back then, which I really appreciated. Pricing falls in the mid-to-high range ($$$), which is pretty standard for medical spas...but it's something to keep in mind depending on your budget. Overall, it's a place that delivers real results--and one I'd confidently consider returning to. Even years later, I still think about the results I got here, which says a lot.

I audibly yelled when she ripped it off with pliers without a warning. I can see the bruise under my nail since its purple now. Shaping wise, not even and I still have bits of cuticle stuck on my nail - even though I paid extra to have them removed... The overall vibe of the salon is a little older and aged. Gets the job done, but was painful and not too thorough.

I tried both the lymphatic drainage massage and a facial during my visit, and I was impressed with both.
