Blinking eyelash is located inside a commercial plaza with free parking. Lingling is nice, gentle, and knowledgeable with her techniques. I've been coming here for the past year and my eyelashes always look nice, and they stay on for up to 2.5- 3 weeks. She cleans my eyelashes very well before placing them, and the whole place is immaculately clean and nicely decorated. I usually make an appointment on either Tuesday or Thursday when Lingling is there. You get a stamp card eligible for $20 off after 10 visits if you pay cash. Price is reasonable compared to other eyelash places I've been. Highly recommended!

It was base $75 (I thought this would be $55 because I booked my appointment online and that's what it said) +20 for French, +20 for chrome, +20 for flower, +10 for removal of what I had coming in. I felt that it was a misleading quote, but since I was there - I decided to just pay extra. Now onto the service itself, my nail tech was very rough when removing my 3D nail art. I audibly yelled when she ripped it off with pliers without a warning. I can see the bruise under my nail since its purple now. Shaping wise, not even and I still have bits of cuticle stuck on my nail - even though I paid extra to have them removed... The overall vibe of the salon is a little older and aged. Gets the job done, but was painful and not too thorough.
