5-Star Review for Facial SPA…read more Absolutely loved my facial treatment here today! The salon environment is warm, cozy and immaculately clean from start to finish. I was super relaxed throughout the whole session--they included a soothing facial massage, gentle shoulder & neck massage, plus a leg massage with a leg massager machine, which was such a lovely bonus to ease my tired body. They used tons of skincare products from my favorite brands, and the esthetician was incredibly attentive, thoughtful and detail-oriented with every step of my deep cleansing facial. Her skills are totally professional, and she paid close attention to my skin condition the whole time. 10/10 recommend, will definitely book my next appointment soon!

I was scheduled for a consultation with Terra who was very kind and acknowledged it was doable. Great, so I was told there is a special promo and the cost is $280. I paid, and scheduled an appointment. I went to my first appointment and Sara, the NP, was excellent. She is kind and extremely professional. Unfortunately, I'm only giving 3 stars because there seemed to some kind of mix up with whether I was getting a bikini OR Brazilian laser hair removal. I understand different places categorize things differently (i.e. French bikini, Hollywood bikini, Brazilian, etc.) which is why I stated bikini/Brazilian in my text and also during the consultation. I never explicitly stated only bikini, I said both. It was not only until AFTER the session was done was I told the full cost for the Brazilian which is $500 total. I paid the difference because I've already completed my first session and felt like there was no choice. But what if I could not afford to pay the difference? What then? If I had known the price initially, I would have shopped around more. There are definitely places that are more affordable. While not everything is about the price, the service is. I also work as a manager in the service industry and when there is a misunderstanding, I always ensure to make it up to the customer to the best of my ability and inform them before we proceed with any service. While I was not expecting a discount or anything, I did expect better tact. I had planned to recommend this place to my friends and family because everyone was so kind and it was what I thought as very affordable, but I unfortunately will not be due to the lack of service acuity. I will update my review at the completion of my laser hair removal if anything changes or if the results outweigh the service misunderstanding.

When I explained what happened, she laughed and said, "That's why you shouldn't go to people who don't know what they're doing" -- but unfortunately, she didn't know what she was doing either. Instead of helping me, she made my condition much worse. She ended up spreading the issue all over my face. Despite constantly reassuring me that she would help fix it, her methods only caused more damage. She told me not to wash my face with water and instead had me clean it using an eye saline solution meant for contact lenses -- something completely unprofessional and unsafe. Every appointment was painful because she would aggressively pop everything on my face, leaving me with scars and severe skin damage. I trusted her, believing she had the expertise to help, but it became clear she had no real understanding of how to properly treat my skin. After enduring months of pain, emotional distress, and worsening skin, I finally had enough and went to a dermatologist -- something I should have done from the beginning. No one should ever have to go through what I did. She should not be practicing. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR FACE TO END UP LIKE MINE!
