Didn't take these guys no longer that 45 mins to get my sunroof window closed. He also said that it will be slightly under 300 dollars. I come back after 2.5 hours still not done, but I was okay with that. Waited about 10 min until closing. He brings me a bill for $612.00 dollars. He said 4 hours of labor was $612.00. This is double the price they originally told me. I was left confused. Said thanks and now on my way. Should have went to rack attack, but they told me $400, but I gave a shot to custom connections. If they told me honestly before they needed time and it would have cost me more I would have taken my business elsewhere. I'm not gonna complain about the work because it was done well, though left my car from the inside with dust particles from the drilling. Definitely would not recommend. Honesty is number one for me, and these guys were not honest about the labor price. That is why the one star.

I brought my brand new car (which had under 500 miles on it) in for PPF and tint, expecting professional, high-quality work. What I got instead was careless workmanship, reckless handling of my vehicle, and shockingly unprofessional behavior. First, the biggest red flag: while my car was in their possession, I received app alerts showing it was being driven over 80 mph with hard braking. This was not a short test drive this was my vehicle being driven aggressively between their South Elgin and Elk Grove locations. There is absolutely no excuse for treating a customer's brand new car like that. As for the work itself, the quality was unacceptable: * PPF was supposed to be wrapped under edges -- it wasn't * Film was misaligned and poorly installed * Dirt and debris trapped under the film * Visible bubbles throughout * Noticeable lines in the film * Tail light tint already peeling * Tint not properly tucked around the tail lights This is basic-level installation failure across the board. To make matters worse, when we returned to address these issues with a representative from the dealership I purchsed my car through present (they recommend this company) it became clear the business is under new ownership. The new owner, who appears inexperienced, responded to legitimate concerns with anger and aggression instead of accountability. The interaction was completely unprofessional and only made the situation worse. The dealership representative who accompanied me was so disturbed by both the quality of work and the owner's behavior that they have decided to pull all of their business from this company. That alone should tell you everything you need to know. This was not just a bad experience it was a complete failure in workmanship, customer care, and professionalism. I would not trust this business with any vehicle, let alone a new one.
