I recently visited one of the best car washes I have experienced so far! They come very close to…read moreperfection, with just a few exceptions. Previously, I visited this car wash during rush hours when it was extremely busy, and I had to wait about 20 minutes for a tunnel wash. This time, I went around 4 PM, and they truly took good care of my car. It was my first time trying the exterior tunnel wash for $10, but fortunately, I had the chance to experience the full service this time. First and foremost, the staff was polite and smiling throughout the entire encounter. They did not give me any attitude or speak negatively in Spanish when I pointed out some imperfections, such as visible dirt, dust, and debris left on the car after the wash. Upon my arrival, I learned that the basic car wash for a sedan costs $39 and takes up to 40 minutes. This is a reasonable price, and given that timeframe, I expected my car to be spotless. In contrast, other car washes have rushed my vehicle through in just 5 minutes, resulting in it coming out dirty and dusty. When I received my car, it was clean overall, but as a picky customer, I noticed some visible dust and debris. On the downside, I would prefer if they didn't place dirty rags on the car seats or reuse them to wipe the dashboards. The microfiber cloths they used left behind additional dust. Moreover, there was still some dust on the dashboard near the window that I had to clean off when I got home. Because of these issues, I give them 4 stars. Overall, I am very pleased with the service compared to other car wash locations. I will definitely return unless I find a better option.

I gave them a call; I could see the waiting room was empty but there didn't seem to be instructions to enter your car, the car doors were closed, nor was there a place to pull in, so I thought perhaps it was appointments only. The guy who answered sounded exasperated when I asked if it was appointments or drop in, and said he had a lot of cars. Ok.... well, that didn't answer my question, but I get it. You don't want to answer the phone and/or wash my car, so I'll go elsewhere. Someone else drove up, seeming equally confused, and drove off after a minute or so. Just before I left I saw a third car pull up and the guy went inside and I think he left behind me, too, without service. So I'm not sure how this place works and I'm not sure they're all that friendly to customers given my experience when I was seeking service.

I came to get a ceramic coating on 2021 vehicle that was less than a week old. Stefan removed all the scratches from the Toyota "dealership car wash". It's crazy how my car looks newer after a week than the day I bought it! The ceramic coating makes the black paint look very deep and brings out more detail the metallic flake in the paint has. After my detail & ceramic coating I spent a while looking my car up and down from every single angle trying to find a single imperfection. There wasn't a single one... As a car enthusiast I've had 100's of details but this is the first where I haven't notice a spot that was glossed over. Every single inch received the full treatment.
