He also advised me that I would need a special pH-neutral car wash for the ceramic coating. When I reached out to arrange that wash, he was unresponsive. After three attempts to contact him, he responded that he was out of the country but provided no information about when he would return or whether he could complete the job, and I have not heard back since. At this point, I'm not even sure if he's still in business. While the actual work was 5-star quality, the lack of communication and follow-through afterward really soured the overall experience and brought the rating down for me.

I met Tony who had an opening in two days. I dropped off the car at 8am, and it was done by 1:00pm. My car is 14 years old and it has never looked so good. They were able to rub out a number of scratches and assorted marks on the paint. Wheels, tires, paint and glass all look amazing. The Detailing: They blow out the interior with a compressor so all the little stuff that gets between the seats was out. They have a tire scrubber and they wipe down the rims. I saw at least 3 guys do the interior and they were quick but also efficient. They easily spent 15 minutes making my car look brand new. They cleaned the sunroof.
