Looking at this ridiculous situation, he was able to figure out how to open the door from the outside guiding my husband to the correct wiring. The technician did not understand what a Contractor's License was! My GC friend ran the technician off my property and called a Licensed Garage Door company that he uses to do the job. The next morning United Brothers arrived at 8:30, removed the spring that Cousins installed (because it was the wrong spring and was installed backward) and installed a new spring and tension cables and was finished by 9:00.
