I have had so many issues with this location in terms of scheduling, confirming appointments and…read moregetting records in a timely manner. They also left out images my doctor had wanted. The scheduling staff is not knowledgeable, and it takes forever if at all to get copies of records sent to providers. Very disappointing, and I recommend going elsewhere.

We walked in and before the lady at the desk said anything to me, she was complaining about her computer having locked up. She asked if I was here for imaging and instructed me to sign in. As we sat there, the two employees could be heard complaining about having worked the last six days by themselves. Their tone was a bit hateful and they had one patient so confused that I was getting confused with their instructions. I mentioned to my wife that we were about to leave. I got up, walked over, and scratched my name off the list. The front desk girl said that it wouldn't take long and I replied "you all are just too stressed" and we walked out. I've had decent luck at the Gunbarrel location, but I doubt I'll be driving back to Hixon anytime soon.

They require me to have a mammogram first I have huge lumps that I do not want crushed . They will not do a ultrasound before doing a mammogram due to keeping up with their accreditation . So they're more concerned with their accreditation then they are with the health and safety of a client . I will not be visiting Dalton Imaging in the future .
