The express facial with dermaplane that I booked via Classpass was about 30 minutes - quick, efficient, and perfect if you're short on time. I walked out with such a fresh, glowing face! Perla even gave me a sample of one of the products she used since my skin responded really well to it, which I appreciated. They carry full-size versions of their skincare products, so it's easy to pick something up at the front desk if you like what was used during your treatment. P.S.: try the ANFISA ceramide packed lipgloss (that they just got in) and thank me and Perla later! The location is further north in town with easy parking, which is always a plus. Inside, it's well-decorated with a clean, minimal aesthetic that feels calm and inviting. They always have little treats and candy out for customers, a nice touch. I reluctantly agreed especially since she just lost her assistant and had to quickly hire and train a new girl. I made my first appointment. NGL pissed off. But went. I get there guess the receptionist couldn't do her one job and actually book the appointment. So I drive all the way there with my bf who already is mad about the situation and price and me not getting what I want. Anyway, apparently she wasn't trained properly in xeomin microneedling and she rushed me bc they forgot to schedule me so I got a half ass procedure and scarring. I knew something was wrong so I went to an actual plastic surgeon and explained all of this. Her jaw dropped. I went immediately to see if I could be civil and express my frustration with the office manager at Elements and see if I could get some reimbursement. What a joke. Also, she is incredibly detailed and wants to make sure you receive the results you are after. She's quite the magician so to speak. Previous injectors always used way too much on my face and made my brows look heavy. I previously thought that Botox is the same no matter who does it, but that is no longer the case. In fact, Kerstin was able to use Botox in a way that gave my eyes/brows a little lift - making it easier to apply eyelid makeup and overall I am very happy with the results and look more "awake", not to mention my forehead wrinkles are now non-existent.
