After reading all the great reviews here I decided to give it a go for some Botox. From the get go Kerstin is very informative and a great listener. She has a great bedside manner. Also, she is incredibly detailed and wants to make sure you receive the results you are after. She's quite the magician so to speak. Previous injectors always used way too much on my face and made my brows look heavy. I previously thought that Botox is the same no matter who does it, but that is no longer the case. In fact, Kerstin was able to use Botox in a way that gave my eyes/brows a little lift - making it easier to apply eyelid makeup and overall I am very happy with the results and look more "awake", not to mention my forehead wrinkles are now non-existent. Owner has such Poor Integrity!! I scheduled an appointment but was nervous and was unsure. I called the morning of and explained my concerns, and told her I can come in but I won't be following through with the treatment due to me being uncomfortable. I told her I didn't want to waste her time or mine but if needed I can still come in to let her know I won't be doing the treatment. the woman understood and told me "it's okay, don't worry about it, I'll cancel you and your fine" Well the next day she charged my card for the treatment or fee of treatment which was a lot $$. I called to let her know that I was charged and a little confused and she told me that was the policy but I was now upset because I told her my feelings over the phone the day before that I can come in but I was afraid of the treatment for my body and she reassured me everything is ok and I don't have to come in.. she did not mention the charge or fee .. like I told her I CAN COME IN, but won't be going through with it.. but she convinced me I didn't need to and now she said she didn't HAVE ro let me know the charge over the phone but to me that's so lack of integrity.. she cares more for money than clients and I was planning on booking a facial but not anymore unfortunately :( read more

I am not a stranger to facials but I have never done anything invasive or beyond a typical facial. After meeting with Kerstin at Sinfully Beautiful and discussing my concerns she suggested a few procedures including microdermabrasion. Kerstin was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She was prepared with sanitized instruments and changed her gloves several times in between the treatments. I decided to purchase the Platinum Facial Treatment package which included an LED treatment, a deep pore cleansing with an ultrasonic tool, a collagen stimulating procedure (I don't remember the name of the device) , and microdermabrasion. The entire process was so relaxing! My skin has been glowing and I notice a difference in my texture!
