Let me start with I am.new to Vegas and found Karen a NP that owns A Perfect You to get botox and my under eye Filler dissolved and eventually put back in. She had me coming back every 2 weeks to keep dissolving more Filler instead of just doing it all at once so we could hurry and move on and refill. Nope Almost 3 months later she talks me into trying a 3 session purchase of microneedling instead of the Filler I wanted. I reluctantly agreed especially since she just lost her assistant and had to quickly hire and train a new girl. I made my first appointment. NGL pissed off. But went. I get there guess the receptionist couldn't do her one job and actually book the appointment. So I drive all the way there with my bf who already is mad about the situation and price and me not getting what I want. Anyway, apparently she wasn't trained properly in xeomin microneedling and she rushed me bc they forgot to schedule me so I got a half ass procedure and scarring. I knew something was wrong so I went to an actual plastic surgeon and explained all of this. Her jaw dropped. I went immediately to see if I could be civil and express my frustration with the office manager at Elements and see if I could get some reimbursement. What a joke. Supposedly the credit card machine was down at that moment. Coincidence? No! So she wrote my credit card info on paper, which is illegal and said when the machine was working that they would refund me partially and let me know. Well, not even an hour later I get a hostile kinda condescending aggressive laughable childish message from.the NP Karen who I had to ask to stop texting me bc It was harassment at this point. Then I blocked her. Ugh. Anyway, this all went down Wednesday. So. I still hear nothing by Monday. I called my bank. Guess what? No pending hold or deposit pending. I called Elements and asked to speak to the office manager and there's 2 btw but weirdly enough both are off on Mondays! Wait, it gets better. So I ask the girl.who answered the phone if they got the credit card machine fixed yet. SHE SAID THEY WERE NEVER DOWN!!!!!!!!!!! Speechless. Surprise surprise tho i woke up thos morning with a text all.of a sudden reiterating my refund would be on the way but it takes a while. Basically Elements is greedy, phony liars. Do not trust them. Started breaking out the end of year last year really bad and while visiting Vegas I decided to get a facial which I thought was going to be costly since it is "Vegas" but I'm glad I found this Spa! I called and spoke to the receptionist for a bit and since it's my first time ever getting a facial I didn't really know what to say but she made it pretty easy for me as I didn't know what I was really looking for or where to even start with my skin problem.. she asked me about how my skin is and if there's any specific reason for me wanting to get a facial, and I told her about how I started breaking out out of nowhere but my skin was fine the months before, she told me that getting a facial regularly is a really good way to maintain having good skin, and she'd be happy to get an aesthetician to speak with me for other possible facial treatments they offer and I was glad I said yes and took my time. Cassie was so knowledgeable and gave me a rundown on what specific facials does. I wanted to try out the carbon facial and was about to book this with her and in the conversation I'm glad I mentioned I'm going to a beach a couple days after and she told me that she doesn't recommend getting a Carbon Facial because even though it's non-invasive, being at the beach under the sun would do more damage than heal my skin as it's still fresh from the treatment. She told me to still come in for my appointment so she can better assess my skin and we can go from there. To sum it this all up, I ended up enjoying my first facial experience from the very helpful receptionist guiding my curiosity, to someone knowledgeable who took the time to explain and help me feel at ease. Karen is the absolute best. When I was having an occlusion caused by someone else, she really stepped in and didn't know me or anything about me. She was referred to me by another aesthetician that didn't do injections. She calmed my nerves and gave me real advice, even checked back in on me multiple times after the fact. Once I was ready to try again, I booked with her and let me tell you...she is THE BEST injector I've ever come across. She cares. Not about what she's making off of you, but about making you happy and satisfied. She is thorough in her assessment and is not pushy with services or product. Karen was amazing! I've had many lip fillers done in the past with different injectors and this was by far the best. She has gentle hands, but skilled. She took her time injecting to make sure my lips looked even. She also injected just the right amount to give me a more natural look I was looking for. The numbing really helped to make the injections tolerable. There was very little discomfort. She's also done my Botox and made it very natural looking too. I regularly go to Elements and happened to hear a woman talking about a B-12 shot she just got. I asked about it and was directed to Karen. I am so ridiculously glad that I was nosey that day because this lady is simply amazing. She is kind, caring, patient, funny, and extremely knowledgeable. I left with a B-12 shot (much cheaper than my doctor), some lip filler, and a small amount of Botox in my eyebrows. It was painless and everything looks fabulous! Still natural, but some help with an aging face that has to take care of 4 children. I was so happy that my husband and I will be going once a week for our B-12 shots and he's even going to try that injections to get a more sculpted chin (I forget the name).
