PLEASE READ THIS!!! I do not recommend this place at all. I went through over 32 laser hair removal sessions, and nearly every month I was treated by a different technician. There was no consistency or proper care. The technicians who actually took their time and did the treatment correctly were always let go, while others rushed through the sessions, making it impossible to see real results. On top of that, I have a tattoo on my wrist, and it was burned during one of the sessions, causing permanent damage. The only compensation they offered was one free session, which does not come close to making up for the mistake or the pain and stress it caused. After investing so much time, money, and trust into this place, my hair did not go away at all. The service was careless, unprofessional, and disappointing from start to finish. I don't normally write reviews but if I can help others not get scammed and treated unfairly I will! Each location that i have been to are the exact same, ALL TERRIBLE! If i could've given zero stars I would. Firstly depending on who you're talking to the prices switch for packages. Secondly once you purchase a package they try to sell you another one in that same appointment saying "you're going to need these and it's a new client promotion, you can only buy it now" which is a lie because they will still tell you the same promotion EVERY APPOINTMENT YOU COME IN. Thirdly their machines are definitely old and break down all the time. When they use a normal to "high" setting they'll say it's just purging (in reality its breaking down )which is not normal for laser, they lowball your settings and make them lower or keep them the same EVERY APPOINTMENT YOU GO TO! The staff there will speed through your treatment and tell you that it's normal, you shouldn't be done with a full body in 35 minutes especially for a grown man while you're machine was purging every 3-5 minutes of the session! They don't change/clean their sheets all the time either because on multiple occasions i've found hair and bodily fluids on the sheets when going in to a treatment room and would have to ask for them to clean it. The managers including their supervisor are also no help at all, they just keep trying to sell you things. They also buy their reviews with saying you'll get an extra session or a free facial which they also suck at and is a waste of 30 mins. From beginning to end this place was a disaster that i've lost time and money to. The only upside is there was a young lady by the name of Jay who did her job the way it was supposed to be done, very thorough, very informative, very sweet and was the only one who didn't push unnecessary things on you, but she left and i can see why. My wife and I absolutely LOVED her and was able to find where she went in Stafford and started going there for our laser hair removal & facials. IF by chance you still decide to go here, which i highly recommend that YOU DO NOT, good luck because you're going to need it. read more

I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Prime Laser Center for both locations Katy and Sugar land. I did not achieve the promised results even after two years for full body. The effectiveness of the treatments is awful. One major issue I encountered was the outdated equipment. The machines used during my treatments frequently overheated, causing discomfort and making the sessions quite unpleasant, wasting my time. This is unacceptable for a service that advertises advanced technology. They always gave incorrect excuses for why I did not get the results yet and told me I needed more packages!!! For the last package they promised me that all machines are in the new condition, but it was not true. I invested a significant amount of time and money, expecting to see substantial improvement, but unfortunately, my expectations were not met. When I raised my concerns with the staff, I did not receive a satisfactory explanation or solution. The big group of my friends are not satisfied with them as well. I had high hopes for this treatment, but after two years, I am left feeling frustrated and regretful about my decision to choose Prime Laser Center. This practice in Katy and its front office manager is a nightmare to interact with. The supervisor(samaira) and manager are both inefficient in handling clients. But my biggest issues with them is they somehow keeping messing up appointments. I have shown up for an appointment here after confirming/rescheduling over the phone. But once I arrive on time, they tell me that I do not have an appointment. and then they just ask me to wait for a slot to open up while suggesting that its my problem that I haven't called one day ahead and confirmed the appointment. Once I faced the same issue multiple times and got tired of being treated badly, I asked to cancel my package. Then started the horrid experience I had with this facilities manager and the supervisor on phone. I was asking them to reimburse the money equivalent to unused part of my package and asking for an official email to confirm the same. They could have reimbursed me right at the time too, but they choose not to. and also did not provide me with any official email or letter stating their intent to return my money. After this they were extremely rude, especially the supervisor(Samaira) and asked me to leave the office. All I was asking them was to reimburse my money or give me an official email/document that they will reimburse me. This facility has no respect for the clients time and no intent to look after the clients interest/needs. Really bad experience as a customer that I would not wish on anyone else. There are a lot of other laser removal spas in Houston who really care and treat their customers/clients better. All my comments are for the Katy location practice. I have not dealt with other prime laser locations and do not have any comments on them. read more

You get what you pay for - there is no such thing as "effective" and also "discounted" hair removal. We have gone to prime laser for a year. I bought a 6 session full body package for 1000$, and then I bought another (stupidly) thinking that, yes I wasn't seeing a ton of hair removal/loss but I had seen some and surely that would improve over time. I am fair skinned, pitch black hair on my body. The laser targets hair pigment. I am the ideal candidate - I should be completely hairless. Am I shaving a little less - yes, I'm down to 2-3x a week vs every day. After 11 sessions, I have had about a 30-50% reduction in hair loss. Some may say - well laser hair removal isn't 100% in some people. I beg to differ. My sister is a med spa manager (dermatologists office) in another state. Before I had laser hair removal at prime laser, I had a session at her office with a newer laser - it hurt, and was incredibly HOT - every single hair on my bikini area fell out within 10 days. At prime laser, the settings were often so low that I felt nothing & lost very little hair. There were some occasions when I was visibly losing some hairs but it was all temporary. There was one session where a new technician lasered me with almost 0 power on the laser - I paid for that session and got absolutely nothing out of it. I repeatedly talked to management about - hey, I'm not seeing a big reduction in hair & was met with "are you exfoliating?" My advice - the lasers here are old. Very very old. They overheat and the technicians do not laser you at the settings they should - because the laser will overheat and prolong your session. If they did, I'd be hairless. Go to an actual plastic surgeon's office (my favorite is Dr Basu) who has powerful lasers that they've invested in. If I had done so, with the 2200$ I have personally spent (not counting my husband who also got 12 sessions and only has about. 50% reduction in body hair) I could have at least had a few areas of my body completely hairless. I will not be purchasing any more sessions with prime laser. Not maintenance that they try to sell you either. Look for reputable doctors who have new-state-of-the-art lasers for better results. I'll be going to visit my sisters office out of state to see if I can get the areas that I'd like fully hairless. Doctors/plastic surgeons are more likely to purchase new equipment frequently vs a stand-alone laser service. We honestly feel scammed, we spent 4200$ between the two of us and I'll never get that cash back. We kept hoping the treatments would be effective. read more

This place is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Go anywhere else because Prime Laser promises you results that you won't get. I have been fighting with this company since I started because I paid for two packages, over $1500, and obviously thought I would get results. NOPE! I just finished my 8th session and have seen nothing change. You would think that the company would accommodate for this and offer additional services for no extra cost (because I paid for TWO PACKAGES), but no. I have been yelled at over the phone and basically told "it is what it is" and that its not on them. They charge us $1500 for 6 sessions. It was full body laser removal. All body has the same amount of hair as before, not even get less. It was just waste of money. After I called them, they said; " hormonal changing is different on different people" . They didn't say that when they wanted me to pay and sign for that services. My daughter and I have been going to Prime Laser for a year for laser hair removal. We have both found the office and office staff to be courteous, well knowledged and friendly. He have never had to wait upon arrival. I have naturally black hair and the difference on my face, armpits and legs is phenomenal. Ask for Sophia, she is the best. She is very professional, friendly and respectful during the sessions. I would recommend Prime Laser to my family and friends UPDATE: Sophia is gone. The staff there now is rude and unprofessional. I have been coming here for quite some time . I still have 2 more sessions and I'll be all done ! The staff are great and the results are even better! I was assigned to SANA . Let me tell you that she is a professional and will answer all your questions truthfully . I'm very comfortable with her ! She is amazing and understanding that sometimes you need a break from the pain . After my second session the pain was tough on me so I ended up purchasing the numbing cream from their office . It works great !! And helped me through all my sessions ! I went to Prime Laser Center last year after a recommendation from a friend to get laser treatments on my face and neck. They also had a Groupon which made it a great deal. After my first session it was all downhill from there. The lady who schedules the appointments was always trying to get me to buy treatments for other areas. I was only interested in getting my face and neck done and told her that each time. I had been getting laser hair removal treatments periodically in the past while I was living in Dallas so I was familiar with the results I should have. I felt it was a waste of time and money going there. Their treatments did nothing. I feel since I wasn't spending a lot of money there I wasn't getting good results. Don't advertise a deal just to get people in there and then don't deliver results because they don't want to spend anymore money. Since this was a new place for me I wanted to see how well the treatments would be. I may have considered other areas if they could have at least done a good job on my face and neck. But nope! I started my whole laser treatment last year around August. I purchased the full body six sessions that included a "lifetime guarantee". Currently after seven sessions I have noticed little to no hair reduction. My first two or three sessions was with a technician, Mindy, and she told me that laser was not suppose to hurt at all. I was skeptical because I heard that laser hair removal is supposed to be a little painful (which I didn't mind because beauty hurts). Essentially the technician did not even use the laser machine to a decent level in order for there to be a reduction. So basically I was unaware that I was being scammed out of two or three sessions. She was very quick with the machine nor did not use any kind of markings to indicate what exact areas were complete. She was very friendly and nice but I didn't pay almost $2000 for kindness. My fourth session I met the new technician and came to learn that Mindy wasn't working there anymore (whether she was fired or quit I don't know). I have to admit the new technician, Violet, was much more professional, caring, and precise. She knew what she was doing and was very informative. I knew that this technician was actually doing the treatments correctly because I felt the pain of the laser. I'm not complaining about the pain because that means it works! She took her time and when I brought up what the last technician told me about the pain, she was shocked and told me that is not true at all. After my six sessions were done (half of which did nothing) I went ahead to pay for another six with the "90% life guarantee warranty". They made it seem as though the warranty guaranteed 90% off any future purchases. Thinking that I would purchase the initial full body six sessions with the warranty, I went ahead and called. Little did I find out that the warranty did not include the $1500 full body purchase. If I wanted to purchase another 6 sessions for full body it would cost me 900. So really the warranty was 40% off NOT 90% off. I expected for my hair to be majorly reduced after almost a year. The staff is nice but I feel somewhat deceived and cheated. I let them know I wasn't happy with the results and the owner/manager tried to blame it on my age. Yet he was fully aware of my age at the time I filled out the application and never said anything. Maybe if my sessions had begun with Violet my experience would have been better, but instead i'm stuck with the same amount of hair I started with and lost money. I was planning on doing microdermabrasion and chemical peels, but with what I know now I will definitely look for another medical spa to do so.
