She was ready for us when we arrived ans even had a boy + family appropriate movie on for them. She interpreted what the boys were wanting for their haircuts and nailed it! I sat down, and assumed that when they were done they would tell me if I was next or if they had other appointments. While I sat there a 3rd lady came from the back didn't look at me, and did some things on the computer, then turned around and went to the back and disappeared. She made no attempt to acknowledge that a customer was there, and poof she was gone. I was the only person in the seating area and it was mid afternoon. After sitting there for about another 5 minutes I got up and left. I guess they don't need the business. I was there about 15 minutes.

Embry was my stylist and I will definitely be coming back to her. She was very friendly and professional. She wasn't rushing everything which I also liked. I got a haircut which comes with a shampoo and hairstyling at the end. Embry asked how I like my hair styled and did it just like I asked. This is so hard to find even in nice salons! The stylists typically just blow dry your hair straight or style it how they think looks best, which I hate. My haircut looked awesome too and she even thinned it out so it isn't so poofy. She also didn't make my scalp hurt bad from combing tangles out of my wet hair or burn my head from the heat of the blow dryer. It's the little things. :) Just an FYI: the address on yelp is wrong, the address on their website is correct. (I went to the wrong place lol). It's still on McDermott, just on the opposite side of the road behind Starbucks.

Both Embry and Kaitlyn care about their clients and I look forward to my next appointment.
