Then they charged me another month rent the day after I left which I believe was a setup thinking I wouldn't notice. Very unethical business model. When we rented we didn't deal with him, but rather with a nice woman who was helpful, kind and efficient. I am the one that has to come to our unit from time to time to get our seasonal stuff, or to put something in. It's rare that I come but whenever I do I see this middle aged man glaring at me like I have done something wrong. Till now it's just struck me as "off". Today there was an issue getting in, apparently our card had expired and they had our old address. Mike treated me like I had committed some crime, I offered to just give him the card (and hopefully be on my way). No. Mike is one of those guys that has to do everything just in his time and just in his way...and I get sometimes that's just policy. The thing of it is, Mike isn't about being even a little bit friendly or agreeable, quite the contrary. You spend a lot when renting a unit but there are TONS of places. I used to be in the moving industry. Like anything, there is competition and politeness counts. No reason to deal with the Stalin of Storage if you don't have to.

I have rented storage units in the "city" and pulling a 10-ton truck in to load in and load out is a nightmare. While filming in a warehouse in Wilmington I noticed this facility being built. At the end of the year I decided to go check it out since it was time to put the kit to bed until February. It was awesome. Easy to get into. And the manager is so amicable and accommodating. She understood that having multiple units near one another was ideal for our load in and explained the facility rules of operation/billing/access clearly. The little supply shop was great, too, when we discovered our padlocks were too big. And that we'd run out of shrink wrap. I've suggested this facility to two other stylists and everyone has been thrilled with their experience. Glad to find someplace easy to access and with a small business approach to customer service.

I started off with companies that…read moreprovide 40-yard dumpsters (Quick only has dumpsters up to 25 yards) and had one bad experience after the next: they would show up a day or two late to pick up/replace dumpsters, would tack on extra fees for no good reason, would change pricing, etc. One company threatened to dump everything from the dumpster in the yard after I disputed pricing change...You don't realize how important an empty metal box is until you start having piles of construction material in your front yard Quick Disposal was a breath of fresh air. Both Ben and Lisa are unbelievably friendly and, most importantly, they show up on time to pick up or deliver a dumpster, which is very important when you have a crew of people working on the house. Their pricing is clear and I never had a problem with Quick's billing practices. For dumpsters up to 25 yards, I believe Quick Disposal may have best prices out there but even if they do not I say pay the extra $20 and have a peace of mind. I can't recommend these guys enough to anyone looking for a dumpster.

I booked a reservation at 430pm Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and shortly after I was being shown the grounds by a wonder man named Bob This facility is 81 units and they are all easily accessible. the units look brand new, no smell, we'll light and the price I was quoted is it NO adding fees or admin charges. also the cost for a 10x20 unit was basically the same as the competitors are charging for 10x10 unit on the fourth floor It's great value for my money and it was an easy transaction I would highly advise using this place for storage in the future Thanks

After seeing Tiger's reviews, we decided to give them a try. Unlike a few other local companies we had called, Will was extremely responsive, customer service oriented, and offered very competitive pricing. He delivered a clean, freshly painted dumpster to the house the very next day, and was completely understanding and flexible when we asked to keep it a few extra days on the back end. Plus, he was a very honest, kind, and friendly guy who responded to every text I sent in mere minutes. I wouldn't hesitate to call Tiger again for any dumpster needs and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area. PS I just want to be clear that this isn't one of those biased personal plugs. We live way up on the Northshore and this was our very first time having to rent a dumpster down in the Saugus/Melrose/Lynnfield area.
