I got 2 chilling pedicures ($45 each) and 1 shellac manicure ($38). Somehow the total was $161. Should have been $128. There must have been a hidden charge? I went here when they first opened. I even helped one of the girls complete opening their yelp account for reviews while I was sitting there last time. I'm a hairstylist and the way they push their upscale is uncomfortable because they noticeably irritable when you say no thanks just regular. I had a dip nail that was so thick It look like I done it myself. The owners Samantha told me that the person I was doing my nails Was only really good at Long acrylic nails with designs. That he was not experienced in doing short nails. They even proceeded to show me pictures of his work to prove to me that he is talented but just not at short nails. Even the way that he had filed my nails were at a slant and all of them were uneven I always wear just a nude medium length of my natural nails. She had someone fix them and they file them down so much they peeled off whole in under five days. But I didn't even call to complain I blamed it being a very new business. I Go back today to get a pedicure And she convinced me to get A manicure which I didn't want to do because my last bad experience But I do it anyway and she told me to get gel. I remember last time them telling me get gel instead of powder it will be smooth. Give us another try! She kept pressing me to get gel on my toes also which I told them I didn't want to do. The polish that she used on my gel nail manicure today was really old or something so they kept clumping and it left actual dents in my nail that she didn't smooth out, the paint was not all the way to the back edges of my nails and on the some sides of my nails had excess paint on my skin even underneath my actual fingers had paint. my cuticles were not cleaned up you could see white pieces of skin on the side of my manicure today. so I told him I wasn't happy with and that I would just wanted to be removed since I asked her to fix it and she wouldn't. They still charge me for a manicure even though I left with what you see in this picture! Pretty bad customer service considering you could legitimately see dents and it's gel nails so it can be blended. The Woman that did my nail said that "this wouldn't have happened if I would've just got acrylic." Everything is always an upsell with this place I don't want acrylic it's not comfortable for my job to have acrylic. So to blame the fact that I had indentations and uneven color today on the fact that I should've gotten acrylic is ridiculous! Not only that does she clipped my nails very short I came in with nails that are the VERY long nails. I had one broken thumb and the rest were long I told her if she could just match up the thumbs to each other leave the rest long she started cutting all of them very short. My cuticles don't look healthy it doesn't look like I had a manicure yet I still had to pay for this and waste my time and effort. Because I now have ti go elsewhere to fix this mess. This place is not a place to go get a normal simple manicure if you don't wanna look like an Instagram model in this place is not for you. not only that she was just rushing the whole time. She was mad when she had to remove the gel polish poking me and things like that because she was rushing. I run a time sensitive business as well and I understand The importance of being on time. What i Experienced was sloppy from start to finish as soon as I didn't want an upsell on my pedicure customer service went out the door. the cuticles on my toes are not clipped they're sticking out everywhere. I did my pedicure first I just wanted to paint my fingernails because I'm going on vacation. I deff didn't leave feeling cute that's for sure! read more

Went with my sister and my daughter to get pampered a bit. I had better experiences. They couldn't understand what i needed. And give my daughter, a minor, the expensive pedicure without confirming with me. I should've suspected something was wrong when the only one getting the refreshment was my daughter. They didn't offer us anything to drink like it happens in a nail bar. At the time of manicure they did not understand i wanted regular full set acrylic with gel polish. The technician that was helping me left me cuz she didn't know how to work with acrylic End up waiting 30 extra minutes for a new tech to do my full set. Usually a manicure includes hand cream and massage at the end but i did not got one, but my sister and daughter did. It was very expensive experience and I felt mistreated and neglected. Love this spacious and beautiful nail salon. This was my first visit, and it is definitely my new go to on the regular nail place. The owner, Samantha, was kind and accommodating from the first phone call. The two nail techs, Min and Danny, were both excellent with good energy and gentle. I am super picky about my nails. I don't like my cuticles cut and I don't like the spinning sander because I prefer natural nails and mine are thin to begin with. They were grateful that I gave clear directions on what I preferred, not at all put out like some have been elsewhere. They did not rush even tho the shop closes at 5 on Sunday and I arrived at 4 with a call ahead. Everything brand new. Thank you nail team! I will be back with friends and family!! read more

I really do like the place and Samantha was really empathic on the phone. Older review: I have been to Prime Nail Bar around 3-4 times and I really wanted to like this place to go back. The facility is clean and big and the lady at the front always greets you and gets a spot immediately. Unfortunately, the last experience I had will not make me go back. I went in for a ped and mani - the pedicure was great, the manicure not so much. The technician pulled my cuticles so bad on 3 fingers that one started to bleed non-stop. She noticed it and said 'sorry I will be more careful next time' but the damage was done. She even tried to make up but adding a neck massage but I think she should have just been more careful from the beginning. It's day 2 and my cuticles are still burning and bleeding. I didn't want to leave a bad review but I really had a hit and miss experience and unfortunately won't be going back. read more

Nothing special other than overpriced. The work was okay, not worth what I paid. And the employees talked about their coworker behind her back, just a bit awkward for a client. I asked for professional advice on what was healthiest for my nails and she proceeded to do a dip, grinding my nail and super gluing tips on- all after chopping the tip of my nail straight across. I was so disappointed as someone who has been working so hard to grow them out. I feel she did what she would Make the most money on. Can't remember her name, but there was definitely awkward tension around several employees and I believe a manager (if I had to guess, it was around sharing clients equally- since they were slow). The young man who did my nails was so sweet and personable. To be honest, not the best work- but had I dealt with Just him I'd probably give 4 stars. Sadly, I was disappointed with the service today at Prime Nails. I called ahead for an SNS fill and was told to come right in. I had to wait before I was seen, but I'm ok with that. This salon is busy and I get that. However, I feel like my tech was rushed. The length of my nails were uneven and she kept nicking my skin with the buffer. On a positive note, I'm always greeted with a smile, always offered a beverage and the salon in clean! Which is huge. I'm really rooting for Prime but I feel like there needs to be a different system in place, especially for "call a heads," where clients and techs, a like, don't feel rushed. read more

I got my full set done by Te I'm not sure how to spell it but it was great loved the shape which I'm very picky about but wasn't really happy about my pedicure. I'm not sure who did my pedicure but it was so rushed and not the best quality I also think she was too distracted joking with her coworker. I usually go for the cheapest pedicure when I am trying a new place to test them out. I'll probably give a pedicure another shot but will make sure it's done by another person. read more

I had been once before and absolutely loved it. so when I needed my nails done again and was going to be in the area I thought oh I will go to Prime nails. They got me right in at my Appt time and that's where the good things ended. My nail tech did not put the filter on correctly in the Pedi tub and when she turned the water on it sprayed up into my chair and SOAKED my pants so a I sat in cold wet pants my whole pedi. After she was done she failed to clean the floor so upon getting up I almost slipped. The Mani was not any better, she cut one of my fingers causing me to bleed and had to start over on a few fingers a couple of times because she kept knicking them. When I got up to pay she asked how my experience was. I told her not good and that I would like to ask for a discount since my pants were still wet since they were that soaked. she rolled her eyes and said they don't give discounts for accidents!!!! Ok so if she had done it on purpose I would have gotten my service covered?! makes no scents to me, but that's ok I'm never going back to this place again. read more

extremely disturbed with the service at this establishment. my friends and i went to this "cute" salon for our prom this weekend, thinking we would get some cute ass nails. instead we were gifted with the most disturbing, gut wrenching toes i've ever seen in my whole entire life. when i say these toes are hideous i mean satan himself hand painted these toes with his piss. i'm extremely disappointed with how these toes turned out. if i could give this establishment zero stars i would but god forbid yelp allow that. i hope they take their time and don't rush on the next 16 year old looking to get her toes painted for prom because trust the experience will destroy their prom. read more
