Gorgeous Nail Salon! Even better service! I called Stella Nail Salon before my arrival but they did not pick up. I started calling other places in the area but as I hung up with a different salon an employee from Stella was calling me back! The employee, unidentified unfortunately, was kind and confirmed an immediate appointment for my friend and I. (2 last minute spur of the moment pedis.) We arrived and were seen immediately, just a promised. I love a salon that keeps their word. We chose our colors and were led to our chairs immediately. There was a designated nail tech for each of us. Again, amazing. Service was personalized and just as requested. I could not be happier with my overall experience. I can't wait to come back for a mani to match my pedi. read more

I went to Stella Nail Salon for a second time for a pedicure and it was mediocre. Nothing overly impressive and nothing overly bad. Positive are the staff were very friendly and kind. There were lots of polish colors to select from and the salon feels new and is very spacious. Downsides are the quality of the pedicure itself. For $45 plus tip, I'd want the nail polish to cover the whole nail. In my recent pedicure, there are portions of the nail (near the skin or cuticle) that are unpolished. There may be better alternatives for pedicures out there. read more

I CRIED AT MY APPOINTMENT. they explained nothing. i went in for a cat eye look and i know nothing about nails like i didn't know how cat eye was done so i just trusted them when they did their thing. i wanted a light blue color and showed them the reference pic but he barely looked at the pic and made me choose a color. hard to explain but they gave me a black base and the cat eye on top and it was so dark and nothing like i wanted. the owner tried to gaslight me into thinking that i chose that color because all the cat eye selections were on a black nail stick. i thought they just used black plastic because it was a random color but she told me i chose a black base when my nail tech didn't explain anything and just made me choose one color. never talked to me and was very aggressive. he told me that the black was too hard to remove and they both kept trying to get me to choose a dark color because the black base was already on. I SPECIFICALLY WANTED A LIGHT BLUE so i was very upset when they didn't let me change colors and i started crying. only then did they change the black and allow me to choose a base color WHICH THEY DIDNT TELL ME I COULD DO ORIGINALLY like i didn't know i could choose a base i thought i just choose the cat eye. it was really frustrating and then my nail tech started rushing so much at the end and wouldn't even let the uv light go until it was done. HE ALSO PLACED THE NAIL SO FAT AWAY FROM THE CUTICLE IT LOOKS SO OVERGROWN. HE ALSO RUSHED THE MAGNET CAT EYE PART SO ITS NOT EVEN CAT EYE it's just sparkly blue. AND THERES STILL BLACK POLISH UNDER MY NAIL. the details r too hard to explain but i hope this review gives the gist of what i went through. read more

Mean techs, Each time I time I went for a fil in, EACH TIME MY NAILS have been burned! Don't go here. I thought it would be convenient since this next to the gym, but honestly it's so not worth it. My nails are doing terribly and I'm still paying for it six month leader. Growing out the nails they have burned. It's so painful and unnecessary. read more

I am so happy this new nail salon opened up in Cedar Park. I love a good manicure and I especially like to try creative designs. After seeing several positive reviews online, I decided to try it out for myself. Fortunately, they have a grand opening sale right now: 15% off all services from Monday through Thursday, and 10% off all services Friday through Sunday until July 14th, 2022. I walked in without an appointment and the wait was less than ten minutes. This well-deserved five-star rating goes out to one of their phenomenal nail techs, Andy. After I showed him a reference picture of the nails I wanted, he was able to perfectly replicate the design while also tying in his personal artistry. He is extremely talented and skilled. Andy is the reason I will come back to get my nails done at Stella and I recommend him to other nail art junkies like myself. Aside from their exceptional service and kind employees-- the space is absolutely beautiful and luxurious. I'm changing my stars from 5 to a 1. I first came here in March for wedding nails, Steve was my technician, I loved it. I went to a salon closer to home and was disappointed in April. Came back in May, my technician was MK, my too coat started cracking after two weeks (powder dip nails). I thought it must just be a one time off thing or poor product. Came back in June, 6/5/23 and Vi was my technician, and not even a week into it the top coat is falling apart. I don't think it's too much to ask for powder dip nails to keep their integrity for three weeks especially when it's $72 for a mani. Won't be back. :( read more

Love hate relationship... went in and got a pedicure with my mom. For the most part I was pretty happy my provider did a pretty nice job, and I did feel very relaxed. Well I did feel relaxed until she asked me if I wanted to get my eyebrows waxed, and then after I told her no thank you not today she replied with oh you need it. Then I sat there awkwardly feeling self conscious about my eyebrows. My mom had an okayish time, her tech seemed upset that my mom chose the classic pedicure instead of a higher end service like the supreme pedicure. I might go back only if I knew I wouldn't have the same provider as last time. But then again they might be trained to upsell clients like that. read more

I highly recommend this nail salon. The owner/manager was very friendly, as was Steve. He did a wonderful job on my nails. He wasn't too rough and I was able to manage my ticklish feet during the callous buff, unlike other places I've been to. The salon is big and very clean, which is good to know. Today was my second time coming to this salon, and can I just say... YES! I've lived in Austin for almost 13 years and it's been a duffle to try to find my new.. everything, especially nails. My new favorite place! I've been here twice and both experiences have been great. The team is very attentive and pays attention to detail. I requested a design and the girl doing my nails had another te member do the design for me as she wanted it to be done well. This is after she helped me find the colors I was looking for, and even mixing a color to get the right tone. I went to a different place this week because it was closer to my work and for in my schedule better - I had a very different experience there. This is my new favorite place! read more

First time there was great. But now that they have more clientele and staff it seems rushed. I personally pay for the higher up Pedis and manis for longer massage time. However they never hit the mark here. Maybe a total of 6 minutes on my legs when the form says 15 minutes and only 30 seconds per hand on the supposed 8 minute massage manicure. I also can't stand when someone is painting my nails and someone else comes to take over so they can go start a new pedi. Just not a great practice or quality customer service. There were 5 of us there today none of us super impressed. I have nail polish on my toes... and some kind of buff mark on my nails read more

Stella Nail Salon & Lounge gives that luxurious spa experience, clean and spacious environment, but offered limited variety of colors. The lack of skills of the nail technician was demonstrated through inadequate knowledge of nail care techniques, lack creativity in nail art, and poor customer service. My acrylic nails were bulky, poorly shaped, and the nail art was tacky. Additionally, during my visit the nail technician engaged in very inappropriate conversation. The members on this staff lack professionalism and/or adequate skills as nail technicians. I would never return for any services at this poorly ran establishment. I got very creepy vibes from the women on this staff, you could probably get more than your nails done here. I would never receive any services from this poorly ran establishment. read more

This place is 4 minutes away from me so I hoped they were awesome and they were! My daughter and I both got our nails done. She wanted some crazy images for her 16th birthday and they came through. Tony was so great and such a trooper spending so much time on my girl's nail art. He did my nails and then moved to do the art on my daughter's nails while someone set her up for him. I visited Stella Nail Salon during their grand opening week on a weekend (which is currently valid until July 14, 2022) and received 10% off their services. I got Classic Manicure and Supreme Pedicure. Tammy did both of these services and I really loved the job that she did. She even suggested the nail color combination (Silver color) based on idea how I wanted to get my nails done. :) Tina did my boyfriend's pedicure and she too did a decent job. I went in for the first time today, and I will say it is an absolutely beautiful nail salon! I do not get my nails done often, but Tina did my pedicure, manicure, and eyebrows... and she did AMAZING! I would highly recommend her! Looking around and seeing the product from everyone else, I really do not think you would be disappointed with anyone who does your nails at this salon. I will say they are on the pricey side, but you truly get what you pay for! Also, I walked out paying $200, and the lady at the front desk even asked Tina to verify, just to make sure I wasn't over paying! I did not ask her to check, but that makes me believe that they truly care about their customers, and not just making money. From the moment I walked in, Steve was rushing me, and would not allow me to look at my nails to make sure it was something that I liked. When I asked him to correct some thing, he just gave me rude looks. Overall, he seemed impatient and I would not go to him again. read more

I'm so happy that I found this salon. I got a gel manicure and pedicure, had no prior appointment and I was able to be serviced upon arrival. The service was outstanding, the technicians were thorough, it didn't feel rushed it's was just an all around great experience. Not to mention how perfect my nails came out to be.
