I had one nail with a little crack so they put some hot glue on which cost a tiny bit extra. I did gel and got a design on one finger on each hand. I did love my nail tech at seat 10 and allowed her to freestyle the flowers on my accent nails. The pricing was good and once we started, the process was pretty quick. Unfortunately, 3/10 of my nails chipped or cracked within 9 days of getting my nails done. This is super frustrating as I tip well and expect them to last at least 3 weeks. I paid $45 which is great pricing plus a $10 tip but the fact that they chipped after less than two weeks ruined it for me. I don't love the builder gel but feel like you need to get it for your nails to last here. Unfortunately, after the long wait and the gel not lasting at all, I do not think I will come back. I'm very disappointed as I loved the location and the nail tech.

I had called Saturday morning and they were giving me a hard time trying to book an appointment for that day which I can understand, lashes aren't a short service so they reluctantly agreed and got me in, she fixed it no problem and I left feeling happy BUT, the same thing happened again. I followed her instructions, I did not wash my eyelashes for 24 hours they did not get wet at all as well as not touching them but, they kept falling out and just were not even at all. I was able to tolerate Sunday because although they were still falling out it looked fine. Here comes Monday I said to myself ok it's been 3 days I'm good to lightly wash them, needless to say I wash them and when I get out of the shower and pat them dry a chunk came off but again it wasn't a lot so I was like ok whatever. I go to bed Monday night and I wake up and LIGHTLY use the Combe she had given me and they all came off but 1 or 2. I called this morning and they were able to set me up with an appointment for 1pm which was very nice. So all in all I spent 160 dollars on a full set for them to last not even a full 24 hours without me having to go back and get them fixed

Located on Stevens avenue amongst the village shops, Indulge is tucked away nicely. The display windows are reminiscent of days gone by which adds a nostalgic touch. Making an appointment was easy, contacted via Facebook where their menu of services is located. Made the appointment for a Saturday at 10a. Was able to get parking in front of Ramble coffee house located two store fronts away from Indulge. I've driven by multiple times and have seen the signage which makes it easy to find. Walked in a few minutes early, took my coat off and introduced myself to Jenn who will be my nail person. Another person was there cutting hair as well. This salon has 4 hairstylist stations along on wall and the other side was dedicated to nail fashion. Many and I mean MANY colors and types of colors to choose from. I'm not a fan of gel or any nail treatments that require the baking effect. I was to have regular polish then talked into the next level up for lingerie wear, Dazzle dry. It dries faster and lasts longer, sold! Great up sell! Jenn and I had a nice conversation about the neighborhood and life in general. Gave her some ideas on how to spruce up the display windows. Gave her some ideas on where to get and how to store so decorations can be reused each year. My activity director role coming out lol! After our conversations I learned the Jenn is the owner and has been at this location for 8 years. She's looking to spruce up the place but to do a full renovation is too much to take on at this time. Small improvements at a time. Made some recommendations once I knew she was open to ideas. I enjoyed the time and my nails were done very well. I usually chip within 24 hours, I lasted 26 lol! One nail ain't bad. Next time I will definitely go back to Jenn! Thank you

You'll never feel rushed here; when you arrive you'll be asked if you'd like a coffee, tea, or glass of bubbly. Every aesthetician here I've worked with has done an amazingly thorough clean-up job along with exfoliating and massage, and in particular everyone does an amazing job with my nail tips to the extent that I usually get a week's wear on my nails, which I keep pretty short and bang around on the regular. Practicalities: you'll want to make an appointment--they do book up, and chancing it on a walk-in might not be an option. And parking on the street and in the lot across the street is metered and it's close enough to the Port to be monitored, so don't skip paying up.
