Ok, so in my previous review I raved about their ability to do nails, which is true, but do not, I repeat DO NOT get eyelash extensions here!!!!! The initial cost is $80, with fill ins for $20. I got mine done about a month ago, and at first all seemed well. They looked amazing and lasted the two weeks the technician said they would. After the first 2 weeks I went in for a fill in & this is where things got bad. That fill in that was supposed to last another 2 weeks, didn't even last one. Almost all of the lashes on my right eye fell out. So I had to go in again 4 days later to get it fixed, so instead of charging me the $20, she only charged me $10.... which I guess was supposed to be a deal? So here we are 5 days later and lashes started coming out left and right. After hearing a horror story from a friend who got her lashes down & removed here (removal cost $40) I decided to google how to take off the lashes myself. Turns out all you need is baby oil and a lot of free time. So after an hour of rubbing baby oil and slowly wiping away the fake lashes, I was done. And when I looked in the mirror I was HORRIFIED. My eyelashes are now 1/3 of the length they were before I got this procedure done. Apparently the technician CUT my actual eyelashes before applying the extensions. As to why this was done, I have NO IDEA, but am now left with virtually NO eyelashes. It is not a good look and no amount of mascara helps. I'm now left with the choice of going around for the next 2 months without lashes, buying a bunch of fake eyelashes and applying them everyday OR getting eyelash extensions again. NONE of these options are appealing! So ladies, please THINK TWICE before getting this done here, it has been the BIGGEST mistake of my life (you can call me vain, but I now look like a freak!) read more

Arrived as they were closing up early but they kept the salon open for me and gave me amazing service with the spa mani pedi I got and managed to get out of there in great time without feeling rushed. Will definitely be going back there soon. read more

I had a pedicure here yesterday that was so good I came back today for a mani. The pedicure was long and awesome- they took their time massaging, used hot stones, towels and exfoliant. The paint looks great! I asked for a French mani today and you would have thought I insulted the guy. He rushed through, made several mistakes and had to start over and wasn't friendly at all! I'd come back again for a pedi (it was awesome) but never again for manicure. And my poor friend's was worse than mine! read more

Well done pedicure, the hot stone massage was amazing, and painting was meticulous. Salon was empty when I went in, so no line. Service still semi-slow though. Would go again, definitely when I have a bit of time to make sure I'm not late. Fourth star for the hot stone massage which was really nice. All in all, a nice little place to go! read more

Girl who did my pedicure and manicure was nice, but was pretty careless (paint on my skin and didn't do a great job). There was also a huge piece of hair in my pedicure water and she didn't care. They had the TV on very loud and it was in another language. read more

I've been frequenting this salon for at least 5 years. When Henry owned it, he & his staff were meticulous, and I never had a problem. Last winter, Henry and his wife moved out of state, and the business was sold to Chi. The prices increased, but the quality was still close to on par from the previous owners, so I continued to visit 1-2x a month. Now again, the salon has undergone new management, and I have almost nothing positive to say. I called ahead for an appointment this past Sunday for a full & pedicure. I arrived on time and was told I had to wait. After 20 minutes, I was seen for the pedicure. It was decent, but I had a schedule to keep, as I had a hair appointment nearby two hours later. The pedicure took a long time (a little over an hour), so the fill couldn't be completed without missing my hair appointment (which was decidedly more important than my nails, as my hair stylist books weeks, if not months out). The new owner said that the fill and polish could be completed in a half hour, which seemed awfully quick, even for the most efficient nail tech. When I explained that I didn't want it to be rushed, she suggested I do the fill and come back for the polish after my hair appointment. I let her know that I'd be back at 5:15, where she assured me that someone could do it then. I arrived back at my scheduled time, and was not seen until literally 35 minutes later. This time, a different gentleman painted my nails. I had explained that the first gentleman did not finish sanding and filing my nails, so the second nail tech literally took 2 minutes to buff them before applying an insane amount of Bond Aid and proceeding to paint them with shellac. Everything seemed fine, until 14 hours later, when I was packing to leave for a business trip to California. The polish had begun peeling off after less than a day. Frustrated, I called and spoke with Lisa, who, in fairness, is the only staff member that has remained through the changes in ownership. She apologized and fixed my nails right away for free. She said that the polish was peeling right off because the second nail tech used Bond Aid under shellac, when Bond Aid should only be used with regular polish. She did not sand, but rather buffed them out quickly before repainting. The nails looked good when I left, after 3 visits in two days. Fast forward to yesterday, which was 4 days after my latest visit. The polish is already chipping yet again. Perhaps it's because she did not get all of the Bond Aid off just by quickly buffing them, but I refuse to visit the salon a fourth time in less than a week. I sincerely hope that the new owners can get their nail techs in check before the business gets shut down. Three visits in 2 days + absurd wait times despite scheduled appointments + 4 cuts/nicks on my fingers = a salon that lost a regular. Such a shame, I've been going there for years... Maybe I'll give it another shot when they inevitably change owners again, but I'm done with the current staff for now.* *I'd consider visiting Lisa for a pedicure again, if I had nothing to do one day. I use to love this place and go all the time. They are under new owners and have raised their prices. There wonderful spa pedi is now $28 instead of $25 (use to be $23 on Monday- Wednesday). The pedi I got today was rushed and not up to par with what they normally do. I drive 35 minutes to go there and I don't think I will be back for a while now due to the price increase and also the quality of the pedi I got. read more

Just walked in for a mani/pedi with a gift card. The gift card was for a standard mani/pedi which includes hot stones with the pedi. The gal that did my pedi was done in like 20 mins, then on to my mani. The lady sitting next to me spent the whole time getting the same pedi. I asked for a shellac (sp) and said I would pay extra. The pricing said shellac was $7 more than a normal mani, but she charged me $18 OVER my gift card of $38. So, for a quick, careless mani/pedi is was almost $60. The other lady was offered something to drink, I was not. I was also asked to hurry when getting a color. This was my fav place before change of ownership. I didn't like it when they changed things, now I'll never go back. My toes still hurt from all the places she cut me. read more

Not satisfied. I spent $45 for a shellac pedi. The young woman who did the pedi was friendly enough, but she did the wrong color - I asked for # two and she painted on # twenty. Unfortunately the bottles are all black, and I couldn't see the color until after she had half my foot painted, and I didn't want to go through the wait involved in her having to take it all off and prep the nails for the shellac again. Also, she didn't shave any of my dead skin off, so my feet didn't feel any softer than the morning before I went in. Finally, after 1 weekend, paint on two of the nails are now chipped, which shouldn't happen after only 4 days with shellac. Not worth the $. I won't go back. read more

I love Top Nails. Everytime I go they are quick in getting me in a seat and picking out my shellac colors - they always do an incredible job and make my acrylic nails look as natural as it gets. The staff is always nice and are awesome at remembering customers even though I hadn't been back in quite a while. I will always go here! read more

Is this a luxury spa? No. However, if you don't want to spend a ton on your nails, this is a great place. Everything is spotless, and the rates are very reasonable. I had a regular gel manicure and deluxe gel pedicure. The whole experience took well over an hour and a half, much of which time was spent enjoying the lovely warm stone massage that came with the pedicure. My hands got a nice rub too, even with the basic manicure. All of my nails look great, and my hands and feet feel great too! read more

This place is great. My mom and I had deluxe spa pedicures (which lasted an hour) that included a great massage, parrafin, scrub and so much more. I really love this place. Lisa and Tyler are fantastic. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area. read more

I've gone to so many places & this is by far my favorite place. They do a great manicure & the best place to get gel full set. Best prices & you get the best job for your money. They go a little slow but I say it's better that way because they do a more quality job. read more
