I have been using Prime Pest Control ever since I moved into this house, and they have been exceptional to work with for a reasonable price. Austin in particular is fantastic and we love to have him service our home, as he is very prompt, polite and is a king of communication. Ian was also very helpful to us and made rescheduling a breeze when we needed to delay by a week. Using Prime, we have not seen any major bugs in our home (there will be the occasional straggler, but they are never larger than your typical fly and more than likely get in when we have the door open. When we first moved in we would see very large spiders and bugs all the time.), so I can happily attest that their products do the job exceptionally well! I've seen people report in the past that they are charged without service, but as someone who works from home I can confirm that every time they've come out I have seen them go around the house doing their job. I've never had a problem with Prime NOT showing up in the last three or so years of service I've had with them. Highly recommended, Austin is a legend and I really do appreciate his communication making sure that we know what he is doing/when he is wrapped up and he is always on time when he says he is coming by. The service is really working for us because we had a problem with spiders mostly. Since they been treating our property we have not seen any spiders.
