Sherry, who answers the phone and helps so much, is amazing. She is an absolute sweetheart and is willing to answer any questions. I feel like the pricing is comparable to other companies. It might be slightly higher, but to me, it is well worth it! We talked to the company that was previously servicing our house under the previous owners, and the customer service and professionalism simply did not compare. My request was not honored, and the technician still came to my home. I reviewed my security camera footage and confirmed that the technician rang my doorbell and then left. I also requested to speak with a manager about the situation, but I never received a callback. Every time I called, I was told the manager was in meetings, and no one ever followed up. The lack of communication and poor customer service were extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and suggest looking elsewhere if you have other options.
