DJ RAY ALL DAY!!!! We truly could not have asked for a better DJ for our wedding than DJ Ray. From our very first conversation, he was warm, kind, approachable, and very easy to talk to, always putting us at ease. He constantly reassured us that the day was about us and that his goal was to make everything exactly how we envisioned it, which meant so much. That level of care and flexibility meant so much throughout the planning process. One thing that really stood out was how much time and attention he gave us before the wedding. He met with us over Zoom to go through every detail, answer questions, and make sure he fully understood the vibe we wanted for each part of the day. He never made us feel rushed and genuinely listened to all of our ideas, preferences, and concerns. We went into that last call so stressed out and left the call 10x more calm and reassured. It felt less like working with a vendor and more like working with someone who truly cared about making our wedding unforgettable. His song planning system and app were also amazing and super organized / easy to navigate for each section of the day. Everything was laid out so clearly, which made planning the music stress-free and actually really fun. On the wedding day itself, DJ Ray absolutely exceeded our expectations. The music flowed perfectly all night long, transitions were seamless, and he did an incredible job reading the crowd and keeping the energy up. We had a special Lebanese grand entrance with drums and specific songs in a specific order to be timed a certain way and he absolutely NAILED it. He even took the time to meet with that group to make sure it all went seamlessly. Also, every announcement was professional and polished, and the entire evening felt smooth and effortless because he was so on top of everything behind the scenes. Beyond being talented at what he does, DJ Ray is simply a wonderful person to work with. He is professional, responsive, organized, flexible, and genuinely passionate about creating an amazing experience. We received so many compliments from our guests about the music and atmosphere, and we honestly owe so much of the fun and energy of our wedding to him. Not to mention the AWESOME video he put together that we can't stop watching!!!! DJ Ray and his team are BEYOND talented, kind, and professional. We knew we wanted DJ Ray to DJ our wedding after he did my brothers wedding. We had so much fun at their wedding and were so impressed. At both my brothers wedding and my wedding, multiple guests commenting on how incredible DJ ray and his team were. Ray set up meetings with me prior to our wedding and reviewed every detail from before the ceremony to after the final send off. He used the "Vibo" app which allows you to enter your songs and timeline. This made planning so easy and the day so organized. I really appreciate that Ray constantly read the environment on the dance floor and ensured that everyone had a great time all night. He did a great job including all age groups. The dance floor was packed from the beginning to the end of the night and our guests even chanted "one more song" at the end of the night, not wanting to leave the dance floor. Ray provided a nitro gun for us to shoot during our grand entrance and throughout the night. This was such a huge hit!! The Photo Booth was so much fun and the attendant was very kind and accommodating. We received a flash drive of all the photos taken at the Photo Booth and will forever treasure those pictures. We hired Prime Sound Entertainment for our wedding and it was one of the best decisions ever. Ray was so easy to work with and extremely professional. He was extremely helpful on music suggestions and made it easy to share our choices with him via an app. He reassured and shared tips on how to properly layer music for our wedding. Ray was the perfect choice for the DJ at our wedding! He made everything so easy on us, but also made it a fun and exciting part of the wedding planning process! To start off, he is a sweet and genuine person which is a major plus when he's acting as an MC as well! He set up an app for my husband and I to add our song choices to which made everything so easy. We were able to go into the app whenever we wanted to keep adding or taking out songs of our choice. He met with us a few times before the wedding, especially as we got closer to make sure he had all details right. At our wedding, we had absolutely no technical difficulties and all our guests were able to hear everything at the ceremony! At the reception, the dance floor was popular! He provided these fun glow stick foam lights for all the guests and they were a huge hit! Made for a funny gag with my brother as well after he stuffed like 8 of them in his vest haha which Ray later called him out for on the mic! So funny. The music filler choices between mine and my husband's picks were great! He also provided beautiful amber uplights for the venue which just added so much to the ambiance. As my fiancé and I started planning our wedding, it was really important to us that each and every vendor we booked, felt authentic and real to who we are as a couple. We didn't want to have a cookie-cutter wedding and definitely didn't want just anyone at the helm of our big day. Within 30 seconds of meeting DJ Ray, we knew he was the ONLY MAN FOR THE JOB. Throughout the entire wedding planning process he was there for us, asking how things were going, and if we had any questions, constantly checking in months before he even needed too! It was honestly amazing and made both of us so comfortable and confident that our wedding day was going to be amazing. With Amanda being such a big country fan, when we first met for coffee- our first question to him was "Do you think you'll be able to mix in country throughout the wedding with the normal music most people listen too?" He laughed and then assured us it wouldn't be a problem. And let me tell ya, the man did it perfectly. He also made the MOST AMAZING mix for the father daughter dance. We wanted to do one of those fun little mash-ups and Ray so effortlessly mixed our songs together to a TEE! We felt so comfortable and at ease with you leading the day. We could not imagine another DJ at the helm of the day, and we can honestly say that our dance floor remained packed the entire night!!! That's exactly what you want on your wedding day and the only way to do that is to play great music that makes people want to move!
