However, yesterday afternoon the gate was broken and there was no one at all, in the whole company, no emergency number, no help. I am fortunate that I was trying to get in because then my trailer and car did not get stuck in the facility. I would have called 911 to get me out. This is completely unacceptable, and the company needs to figure out of being contacted and helping people in this situation.

Poor communication, aggressive price increases, and unprofessional management. After four years of loyalty, this level of treatment is unacceptable.
