They stole $475 from my 14 year disabled daughter's piggy bank and $100 from my wallet. My daughter was so upset she was crying for a week and ended up in the hospital. I scheduled a pick up a few days later and they came and took our 14 boxes from the basement without a problem and were so kind and courteous. 3 days later I got the certificate that all our documents had been shredded.
