He worked his ass off, communicated well, and did everything he possibly could to help us. I honestly have nothing bad to say about him. Unfortunately, Liberty completely set him up to fail. We paid around $13,500 for a full-service move from New York to Nashville that included packing and unpacking. On delivery day, Liberty in Nashville was sent Carlos a day early without even telling us, and they sent him by himself. The only person there helping him was his wife, who wasn't even an employee of the company.What should have been a relatively easy unload into our new house with a full crew and a complete unpack turned into a 13 1/2-hour day. My wife and I had to drop everything and spend the entire day carrying boxes, moving furniture, and helping unload just to keep things moving. By the time Carlos and his wife finally left late that night, the house still wasn't completely unpacked. That's not on them--they worked incredibly hard. They were just never given the manpower to do the job we paid for. They had a 13.5+ hour day at our house and had to drive 4 hours to load a move 2x our size in KY the next mornign early. I can only hope they gave him help there. After the move, I spent weeks trying to work things out directly with Liberty. Amy, our move coordinator, was always nice, but almost every conversation ended with, "I need supervisor approval," and nothing ever really moved forward. Andrew, who booked our move, was fantastic during the sales process, but once the problems started, he became completely unresponsive. I gave Liberty every opportunity to make this right before taking the next step. Unfortunately, we couldn't reach a fair resolution, and I ended up having to file a charge dispute with American Express. I was simply asking for a small refund back to compensate and make it right and they couldnt even do that. This review isn't about Carlos. If anything, I feel bad for him because he was put in an impossible position and did the best he could. My issue is with Liberty's management, their planning, and the way they handled everything after the move. When you pay over $13,000 for a full-service move, you shouldn't be spending 13 1/2 hours unloading your own truck and then fighting for weeks afterward just to get the company to take responsibility on a small scale. I realistically should have demanded more than the measly 15% i asked for. I hope they figure it out because they have good people working there. They just need to do a much better job supporting them and standing behind the service they're selling.

I recently moved and wanted to set up a moving company with very little information on when I was…read moremoving, and how much stuff I would be taking. Hall Lane was able to help me get my self together and ask me questions to try to determine my needs. I spoke with them only by phone and they were able to email me all of the documents to electronically sign which was so quick and easy! The day of the move the movers arrive about 15 minutes before they were supposed to start so they could assess the space and what was going to be moved. I'm a morning person so I appreciated the early start! Everything moved was wrapped and packaged with care including a 75" TV and an old antique hutch. They were done moving and securing the furniture on the truck in about an hour and 30 minutes. They arrived to the new house in a timely fashion and were done unloading everything in about an hour and 15 min. They even separated the labled boxes and dropped them in the corresponding room. Everything arrived in one piece with no damages and the guys were respectful of the property on both ends of the move. They were fast, friendly and got the job done under the time that was expected! I had my date…read moreand time, I confirmed via email with Konstantin multiple times that my time frame was 8-9am, first thing in the morning. When moving from a building to a building the time is important because you need to schedule elevator time etc. The night before my move was when the misery began. At 7:30pm I get an email from Konstantin telling me the movers will arrive between 11-1pm. Expecting rain and now realizing I was not the first stop, I knew this was going to be a huge issue. We booked the morning time slot at the new building and had our whole day planned around being moved in by noon. I emailed Konstantin back and called right away. It says office hours are until 8pm but at 745pm no one was picking up. He never called me and 2 says later still hasn't after repeated requests. He emailed me back at 10pm saying he tried to rearrange the route but couldn't. Not asking me to change or of it would work or thinking about the impact on my move. I also forwarded him multiple emails as late as the day before (Monday) where he confirmed that the crew would be there first thing. NO SUCH LUCK. After asking Konstantin to call me again the morning of our move, I got emailed with lied about the crew being on their way at 9am which was not true and being told the driver would call at 10am and we didn't talk to him until 12:30 after hours of waiting and demanding a call. Our moving day was awful they showed up at 1:15pm. They moved us in and during loading, they dropped a laundry basket, which broke a mug and a scale. All 3 men denied it when asked. They made me wrote something positive on the receipt. In hindsight I realize doing this was not smart but they offered a small discount, after I bothered them about how unhappy in was, and they made it seem like in order to get it, I had to write something positive. When the cable guy arrived at 6pm, he tried to hook up my 50inch LED TV and what do you know, it was BROKEN. HUGE crack in the bottom and wouldn't turn on. The screen is black and it 100% done. I almost feel this was intentional due to the timing hostility. A crack that size doesn't happen without the person causing it knowing. They have been deceitful the up to and during the move. I have reached out to Konstantin right away. I am hoping he does the right thing and offers the customer service he should. I have asked to hear from him by 12pm. To be continued.
