We didn't stay long, but we were happy with the pricing, the units, and the availability of the truck for rental. We also like that you buy your own lock and keep it afterward, but it would be nice if it was a lock that could be used for other things (such as a padlock). Our only suggestions are to work on the pathways between the storage units (they are very uneven and it is difficult to navigate at times) and to have the truck serviced. The truck is in decent shape, and the price is very fair, but it is difficult to drive and could use some maintenance.

Long story short I went past my "grace period by 1 day" and when I went to office to pay in person I showed rep my attempts to pay online and phone call record to try and get a 1 time credit of late fees ($77.00 so not a small amount) I have been making payments of $367/mo and you would think they would want to keep my business but I was told that "they don't ever credit a late fee" I called Adam at District to question this and guess what...NEVER even received a return call.
