I'd been to one of the other locations and enjoyed it so I was excited to hear they opened a location closer to me. Came here for lunch on Friday with my husband. We both ended up ordering burgers with fries. Food took a bit long for the fact that it wasn't busy. Thankfully we weren't in a rush but it's something to consider if you're short on time. This is regarding to my visit on 2/6/26at around 3:30 I'm hoping the owner sees this review and looks over the security footage of their staff. The bartender in the leather top treated us with no respect. Rolled her eyes at us multiple times, served water to another party that arrived long after us. Never even bothered to come up to us. Made me and my family feel very uncomfortable in this establishment to where we ended up just getting our food boxed up and leaving. Never had an issue with any of the other locations. Felt judged the moment I came in here, didn't think I'd have an issue with the staff. I don't plan on ever coming to this location again. We've been wanting to stop by this location since they opened, as we've dined at their other two spots on the west side and really wanted to support their newest venture! It's a great, modern space in the new Parkway Village plaza with a fantastic selection of beer, cider, and wine. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome right as we walked in. We started with the cheese curds, and they were exactly what you want: the perfect level of crunchiness and saltiness. For the main event, I went with the 1/2 and 1/2 combo featuring their bone-in wings tossed in the 'Ol Dirty Buffalo sauce. These wings are absolutely giant and very meaty, and the sauce had just the right amount of heat without being overwhelming. We paired those with the Sidewinder Fries; those unique, curly wedge-style fries and got them with our favorite: the Salt & Peppa dry rub with veggies (the peppers and jalapeños add such a great kick!). There is plenty of seating for both small parties and larger groups, making it a very versatile spot. In my opinion, these are the best wings on the west side of Portland! Always a fan of Prime, and this location is no different. While many of the servers are not extremely knowledgable about beer or cider, they are all positively minded and helpful people. The setting is clean and bright, and the food is great. I do wish their boneless offerings were more substantial, as I feel there is a marked difference in the quality of their boneless chicken versus their wings. But their seasonings are fantastic and the salt & pepper dressing as well as Dong's sauce are both huge standouts. read more

Last time I was in, I ordered the same as always except this time the waitress asked if I wanted any other condiments. Thrilled to have a Prime Tap House located closer to our home than the one in Beaverton, we visited on a Saturday night. It was fairly busy so service was a bit slower, but not where it impacted our dining experience. Note- you need to order via QR code at the table or at the bar. They had a great selection of alcoholic drinks on tap and in the fridge. As for N/As they offered one beer, sodas and sparkling water. We ordered 24 wings with Ol' Dirty Buffalo, Killer Bees, Hot Chili Oil and Thai Me Up flavors. We also ordered sidewinder fries with the salt & peppa dry rub and cauliflower bites with the tiger style dry rub. Loved that the fries came with onions and jalapeños on them. Would like to try the tiger style rub on chicken next time! This place is a s*%t show!! When I arrived with my two kids the bar tender kind of yelled out to go use the QR code at our table to order. We had never been there before and I've never been to a restaurant where you order from your phone. Weird! I ordered a cider for myself and sodas for the kids. A minute later the bar tender walks out standing in between my table and the people next to me, says did anyone order a cider? While looking directly at me, so I said yes, I did. She then asks me if the cider looks correct..mind you I've never been there nor do I work there. I shrug and say, I guess? I took a sip and it didn't taste like what I was expecting so I kind of put it to the side. A minute later she came back out and said " you took THEIR cider "...ummm, excuse me? You HANDED me the cider and asked if it looked right. She was extremely rude!!! She then asked if I drank any of the cider and I said I had a sip..like who isn't going to taste their drink when it's delivered?? It then took over 40 Minutes to get our food!!! Very cool new addition to Sherwood. Great tap diversity, wings are HUGE! (I'd recommend starting with fewer, you can always add more), and the sauce options are really unique. Only recommendation would be to adjust the overhead lighting - we went to watch a game (lots of big TV's!) and the lights were so bright they were casting a lot of glare on the screens.
