    Sliders with pimento added

I love Andersons. The atmosphere with the dark interior, wood tables and polished concrete feels cozy and welcoming. The bar is beautiful with white and gold octagon wall covering and lighted wood shelves. This visit was our second and it was just as delicious as our first time. Consistency is key and Andersons nails it every time. We sat at the bar and ordered 2 well bourbon and Diet Cokes. For a snack we ordered junior sliders with added pimento cheese. The junior sliders came with fries. The sliders were delicious, juicy and the added pimento was such a treat. We normally eat a larger burger but tonight we just needed a snack. I can't say enough good things about Andersons. The owners are very friendly and greet you by name. Anderson's truly feels like a neighborhood tavern you go to on the regular.

Andersons has it all! Food, beverage, karaoke, and even a plastic baggies for your random night before wedding needs. 11/10 Staff is amazing and treats you like family!

Crispy chicken, biscuits, gravy, and zero regrets. The Ricky Bobby Breakfast at Anderson's Tavern was unreal.

Exactly What Sherwood Needed Took my family to Anderson's Tavern and we sat by the window--perfect spot. The food was outstanding. Fresh, fast, and absolutely massive portions. Like, plan-on-leftovers massive. Lainey, the owner, was also our server, which made the whole experience even better. Friendly, attentive, and clearly proud of the food coming out of that kitchen--and she should be. Ordered the Ricky Bobby Breakfast Special (see photo) and wow. Crispy chicken, sausage gravy, biscuits, potatoes--every bite hit. Honestly, the portions were almost too big, and that's not a complaint. This place is exactly what Sherwood has been missing. Comfortable, welcoming, and seriously good food. We'll absolutely be back.

We arrived at 4pm & glad we did as the parking lot filled quickly. The atmosphere was unique with seating at the bar with sports on several screens, wooden tables that could be rearranged to accommodate multiple size parties & plenty of windows to make the space feel larger. Service was friendly & quick making it easy to get a larger volume of patrons in & out. Not a very large menu, but definitely a different selection of options for the area! Online they had Pot Roast listed which is why we decided to try them. However, there wasn't pot roast offered on the menu, very discouraging. For our 2 entrees with a side, 1 soda and one mixed drink our bill was $53 which seemed like a good price.

Ambience: 8/10 Food: 10/10 Service: 10/10 My son says the sinks too hot but he's only 9.. overall amazing experience and will certainly be back. There's a sweet spot in the rear for 21+ pool, games, etc. Daughter says the vibe is super slay. Go eat here.

We got the fried chicken and fried green tomatoes. I recommend trying the bread pudding before leaving. Everything was great!!!!

Delicious southern food and amazing staff. It's my go-to restaurant. Couldn't praise them any higher. Best addition Sherwood dining.

This place is not that; it's massive, dark and loungey, clean and new and modern, and littered with literally dozens of screens of every size imaginable, with a diverse menu and a very solid happy hour (and a deep collection of spirits). It's almost more of a restaurant, despite the fact that they claim to be brewery (their beer list is not that impressive and it's mostly their own stuff). Then again this is the 'burbs, hence the huge space, mini-mall location, ample parking, and excellent service -- we counted 4 servers for the half-full restaurant. This place I almost snagged a full 5 stars. Demerits for a somewhat generic corporate-y feel in the aesthetics, but that doesn't mean we won't be back.

Manager is a douche canoe…read more I used to frequent G-Man Sports Bar all the time when I lived nearby, which is why I was the one who suggested my group come here yesterday for a friends birthday brunch. I'm utterly embarrassed that I recommended it. Whoever the manager working yesterday was must be new-ish, but whoever that is, he was riding a massive high horse and made it abundantly clear he hates animals (especially after reading similar complaints). We were accompanied by a working service dog who was completely quiet & perfectly behaved, as a service dog is trained to do. That didn't stop this manager from strutting over to our table TWICE to harass my friend. First making up nonexistent issues about where the dog was & saying she couldn't be on the table (OBVIOUSLY ). She was in a sling at our friends side till she put her on the ground. He then came back with his phone to show us BS fake Oregon "laws." He genuinely sounded really uneducated towards the person that actually had the proper documentation. I don't know why he even tried to argue that with the document in hand... Mind you, the dog didn't make a single peep or disturb anyone around us. He then proceeded to cross a massive legal boundary by asking my friend's personal medical disability the second time he came over. You do NOT get to interrogate people about their private health conditions. This actually caused her distress with her condition, she left us with her card so we could close her tab. The ONLY saving grace of this meal was the waitstaff & girls who helped us. They were fantastic, attentive & incredibly apologetic for their manager's ridiculous behavior. They deserve 5 stars, but unfortunately management earns this place a solid 1. My suggestion is, Mr. High & Mighty needs serious reeducation on service animal laws before he lands G-Man in legal trouble. Side note: If you hate dogs. I don't trust you.

Odd for this size of a bar. Often times the bartender says last call around 12:30-1am or when we drive up they've already closed super early. Not sure how this place is still in business. This place is in a small strip mall right on 99W with Dottys on one side of it and a gun store on the other. And a very busy Asian buffet place around the corner. This is not a regular hangout for locals apparently. Most everyone there was quiet and kept to themselves. Most were sitting in front of an electronic casino game, oblivious to anyone and anything around them. The patrons all looked sullen and like they would rather be anywhere else but there. There really aren't any tables where you can just sit, out of the way, and enjoy a beer and a burger. It's just a very screwy layout there. Wait staff was pleasant but not very attentive. The bartender definitely acted like he wished he was somewhere else. Pool tables and the electronic games took up a LOT of real estate. Pool tables were not in use while I was there. Seems like there was always at least one person standing at the front door smoking so be prepared to inhale a lung full of second hand smoke whether you want it or not. That's why only three stars which is probably generous on my part. No specific complaints but this was just a dark, depressing venue with tobacco-addicted patrons who looked and seemed like they were just sitting around waiting to die. HIGHLY unlikely I will ever return.
