Former name So Thai ... now it's called Prime Thai. Under new management but same restaurant interior. New serving plates used. Compared to previous kitchen, the flavors of the food we ordered today was on the sweet side ... especially the ones with coconut milk like gang dang and khao soi. We ordered the prime chicken wings and shrimp roll for appetizers. The chili sauce was good. Before the servers goes back to the kitchen, better ask to have the wings cook longer so it's not cold inside the part. Very impressive is the presentation of the Khao Soi...it's like the Chinese version of the birds nest egg noodles with sautéed vegetables in white sauce on top. You mix the sauce and the noodles to soften and enjoy eating ... again tasted sweet because of the coconut milk added as ingredient. Meals and drinks were served fast. Price reasonable. Moderate sized portions - 1 main course can feed 2-3 persons. Located next to a gym of Anytime fitness and across is the dollar tree store. Free parking. Food and service was good. Stopped by here with a friend and it was decently good. It's located next to the Anytime fitness and has went through some renovations as of recent. We ordered the Pad Thai with friend tofu. I did order mild for the spice but I really could've kicked it up a notch and order hot as it didn't taste as spicy as I had anticipated. I think the Pad Thai was decent. It wasn't the best I've had in the world, and maybe could've been more flavorful but wasn't terrible. I also had some Avocado rolls with spicy Mayo and they were decent. I think the food can be a bit better here but the service was pretty great! Our server was very kind and checked on us a few times. She was very pleasant and made the experience much better since I wasn't really head over heels about the food. Pretty tasty. We did doordash from here today. My boyfriend got the panang curry and crispy rolls. I'm not sure I've ever had crispy rolls before - they're essentially fried egg rolls but in a loose/lighter wrapper, and they were delicious. I got the peanut curry and I must be more used to Americanized peanut curry, because I thought it would be in a thick peanut sauce - instead it was more of a standard curry sauce. Supposedly with peanuts but I have eaten half of it and haven't seen any yet. I got mine Mild and it was a bit too spicy for me, but I also can't handle spice at all. I also got a Thai iced tea which was also very good, and I'm picky about Thai iced teas (I've had some that tasted like they were from a powder, aka not good, for example). Theirs was great though. I would give this place a 2.5 for now. I was excited that a new place opened up but didn't see too many reviews. I've seen a fair amount of customers, so we decided to try it. We ordered curry fried rice mild. It was spicy but had little curry taste. Pad See Ew beef mild, which was very spicy plus the beef looked and tasted like steakums from the sub shop next door. Pad Thai chicken mild which was very spicy and not as good as other local restaurants. Plus avocado sushi which was fair. The rice was overly sticky and the avocados brown and spotty. The family is not sure they ever want to go back since we have an abundance of good sushi and Thai. Even Kroger sushi seems better. read more

We've gone quite a few times as it is down the street from our work. The sushi is pretty good. I've had a few dishes - there is one I had I don't like...but the rest of the time gs I had I liked. The spring rolls are just ok. We've had a tough time with spicy levels sometimes but otherwise good. read more

Best hot and sour soup in the Universe. I get the woon sen with chicken and it is fantastic. The place is clean, open and the staff are very friendly, very hospitable and they aim to please no matter what, and that means everything to me. Ok, we decided to try this place for the first time since our usual thai restaurant was too crowded and what a mistake! To begin with it took way too long for our server to even get started with us and there were only four other tables occupied. We are not usually too harsh because servers are generally stretched thin these days, and we get that, but this was beyond reasonable. Then our waitress apologized and said she was getting tables mixed up...what? With only 4 tables of people? She spent the entire time complaining about the owner and talking negatively about how the food was "different every time they make it." Also, "I can't understand most of what they say." Wow. Food: Spring rolls were average, filling was mushy and sauce was extremely watery. My Pad Thai was pretty good and spiced the way I ordered it. My wife had Sesame Chicken and it was awful. Chicken was stringy. Shrimp Chips were stale as could be. Then to top everything, our waitress and the woman making Sushi were arguing very loudly about another table's order because the server apparently didn't give them the right sushi order. This went on for almost 10 minutes and ended with the Sushi chef storming out to the table, picking up a roll and yelling, "Salmon Roll! See? Salmon Roll!!" OH, and the menu had no prices for most of the main Thai dishes. When we asked, our waitress said the owner liked to charge whatever he felt like and she didn't know why there were no prices!
