I finally received a return call from these people, wanting to let me know they want to schedule service. Without a quote. I messaged my insurance after emailing and calling multiple times. Finally, they reach out to me, wanting to perform service without even quoting it. Yeah...won't ever use these guys nor recommend them to anyone. Ever. I was having a terrible day completely, but he made my day 100% better by helping me! He brought out a jack so we can lift the car up to put in my spare tire, and he told us about his shop and his family business and it was very unexpected but I'm happy it happened.
