First, he wanted to "up sell" me for a bunch of stuff I really didn't need (he checked the AC unit and talked about all the stuff he recommended that I needed to do. He didn't know the unit was only 6 months old! Then, he proceeded to do the job he was hired for. After completion, the technician stated, it's all clear (also sent me a text stating the same). Before i installed the dryer, ichecked. It is completed blocked! Sent the tech a message and he stated it was blocked from the top and it was a different process and I should call the office to schedule an appointment. Called the office and currently awaiting a callback. What part of "clean a dryer vent for $149" did I misunderstand?
